Upon arrival to our appointment,this GP refused to see a very sick 5 year old, the reason being that her gp card had expired, although we had the unexpired card in our hand and asked if they could contact the relevent sources to confirm this was surely a mistake, we were told that is not their job and they would not be seeing us at our agreed time due to this so basically "go away" or pay...this drs loyalty is to the irish currency and not the welfare of his patients albeit a sick little girl!
