Through those years we had amassed thousands of loyalty points (that were purported to as "never expiring" when we first began shopping at this store. Today, we stopped by the store and bought some gummies and we were informed "you have 127 points", so I objected and informed the bud tender he must be mistaken. He informed me that because we hadn't been in the store for over six months, our points had gone away. His associate chimed in and explained a corporation had acquired them and that they simply had new rules. Well here are my rules. As someone I do business with, they must be good to their word. The decision to "change the rules" may have saved some bean counter a few hundred dollars in discounts ... but all it did was cost them a customer for life. I will literally shop anywhere else! I see you already only have a 2.5 star rating, so it really doesn't appear you are likely to maintain your previous market share; so thanks for letting you for letting me know who you are now! After I left the store, the associate told my wife that she would give me 25% off, if I wanted to make another purchase ... that gave me a good chuckle. They sold us tea and the store clerk said it was 10% THC instead of 10% CBD so being tourists from a non legal state we mentioned to them that it was our first time in a dispensary and we were excited to be there so of course we trusted the word of the clerk who was supposed to have knowledge on the difference between THC and CBD. Well after we purchased and read the Tea can's product ingredients and compared it to the amount of THC contained in the other products we bought we realized that the clerk was wrong about the percentages and went right back in and tried to return it because, AGAIN, the information given to us by the store employee was absolutely incorrect. We never wanted to purchase any CBD products, we never even mentioned CBD we wanted straight up THC products. However, the manager refused to exchange or refund the product claiming that it was taken out of the store even though we didn't leave the parking lot and the product was still SEALED. We literally returned it within 3mins of purchasing it, AGAIN, still SEALED with our receipt of course based on the misinformation given to us by the sales clerk. Their refusal to at least own up to and correct their mistake was not fair to us at all. As a result, I would not recommend this place to anyone because clearly they are untrustworthy.
