They were not only kind enough to take me but the Doctor was extremely professional, kind and attentive. Also, did not have to wait long. Doctor gave me a tetanus shot and a prescription for antibiotics. If only all Doctors were this caring we wouldn't have as many Ill people. I definitely recommend.

It was a hairline fracture of her scaphoid (sp? not checked) which was more than enough to cause the pain. The doctor quickly completed the xray and confirmed this- and put on a thumb and wrist cast that, I dare say, it have gone MUCH worse if those doctors at Cortellucci has not been so diligent! They knew they had to treat the injury and took the time to explain the situation to my neice, my sister and me so that we could all be comfortable with what was to come. Today, 6 months later, she is playing ball again-- tearing it up! I think the doctors, radiology technician, and staff members who knew what to do and did exactly what we expect in our public health care system! Kudos!

Bad Receptionist and Doctor…read more There are two receptionists in the clinic. The younger one who speaks better English is ruder than the older one. Both of them are impolite. I once called and wanted to book an appointment. I asked what time would the Dr. be available. She said "What time do you want? If I tell you a time but you are not available, then there is no use." I asked if 2pm is ok. And she said "2:30pm". Then I questioned why they had to ask me for MY time. She is rude. I mean what kind of attitude she is having? i didnt do anything wrong. Why was i scolded? Dr. Ho doesn't smile at all as if I have done something wrong, making me so worried to see her every time. The way she handed me a prescription paper was rude. She doesn't care her patients. She always repeats what she said when I asked her questions, but what she said did not really answer my questions. Some people said its her personality BUT!!!! she does smile to the receptionists! If you love yourself, don't bother going there.
