She was reassured…read moreby the front office that the service will be 100% covered by insurance, yet she got a bill for $150. Multiple phone calls to office manager got her nowhere. She paid half of it, yet the pitiful balance was sent to a collection agency. Being a physician myself, I cannot believe that another physician or may be I should call him "money worshipping Shylok" would send a small balance on a bill for unneeded service to collection. Blood sucking monsters like this give all physicians bad rep.

Came in for a new patient appointment due to pain. Appointment was set and I was told to come…read moreearly. once I got there the receptionist was talking to who I thought was a patient. I waited only to find out it was a friend. She coped an attitude right away. Seemed uninterested in me. she kept telling me I was early. Again was TOLD to be there early. she kept hitting the point that I was early. then told me the Dr. was 30 min behind, and AGAIN told me I was early. So I canceled the appointment and I will go elsewhere. They will never get my money. Horrible Patient service. I felt like I was nothing to the receptionist except a bother. GO ELSEWHERE if you want respect from your Dr. office.
