She asked me questions and gave me good advice. I inquired about getting undereye botox injections but she refused due to safety reasons. I was floored. She knew I was nervous (I hate needles) so she shut off the tv, played soothing, distracting music on youtube, talked about her family, she asked questions about mine, and we talked about traveling. I asked about fillers but she recommended that I wait since I have an upcoming wedding to attend. She is the most honest, down to earth, caring, compassionate, fun spirited, knowledgeable, experienced doc I've ever met. She genuinely cares for her patients, takes the time to listen, provides sage guidance and advice, and isn't in the biz for the cash. Kudos, to Vida, Barbara, Mike, Ana, and others. However, the equipment is extremely outdated. The residents all on the same floor use the same shower. there are even rooms with 1 bathroom to 4 patients. The rooms are very very small. The beds are old, there is equipment that doesn't work, no communication. The staff openly talk about situations that have happened with the residents where other residents and family members should not have heard. I have also seen HIPPA violations. I spoke to the Administrator who was defensive and offended when I asked what are the efforts in having the place updated . She was taken back quickly stating that my father's room was recently painted...yeah and? After i pressed a little further, she no longer could look at me in my eye, but kept looking down the hall. I told her that her facility can truly be a 5 star facility with updates and a more pleasant atmosphere as her staff do everything they can to compensate for her lack of understanding that updates are in dire need.

My entire family chose Dr T. as their primary physician because he listens to his patients and shows compassion (ages 89 - 19). He is aggressive about ensuring you receive proper medical care, and is knowledgeable about new treatments that can aid in disease management. His PA's are absolutely phenomenal, and equally as knowledgeable. The main office is located in Rahway, and they operate two urgent care centers, one in Elizabeth and Garwood respectively. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful and have become like family because of the various medical needs my family has. The office accepts a variety of insurances, and has a physician assigned to cover hospitalization and nursing home admissions. I would recommend the offices to cover any of your medical needs.
