A very amateur tile install at best. I hired Rick with 30 years of experience to do a shower pan…read moreand tile install. The shower pan has 2 very low spots that collect water. He installed cracked/broken tiles when there was plenty of un-returnable tiles. He didn't continue the half brick look throughout the shower. Numerous grout holes on shower pan and tons of grout all over tiles, which Rick claimed was the same color so he couldn't see it but didnt bother to clean the tiles off. Left numerous plastic spacers that broke off in the grout joint being too lazy to use a knife to remove. Too many other issues to list. I would hire anyone over Rick in the future. Never responded to any feedback when I brought up all issues. 0 stars
