Valente was prompt for the estimate (which was a great price) and also on time for the cleaning. He cares about his appearance and his reputation and arrived professionally dressed. First time using. I was very late in calling them but they said they would still they and get out…read moreyet this year. They called and said they could be out the 7th of January. They where very professional. Later it rained on the 8th and it looked like one downspout wasnt running water. Called the next day, the owner himself said he would came out and check. He came out and was very pleasant and professional. He spent a lot of time making sure everything was correct and working. He didn't find anything clogging that but it sure was flowing well. I thanked him for coming out and told him I swear it didn't look like anything was coming that downspout. We had a good laugh about it. I felt bad having him come out when it didn't appear to be a problem, but he it's always best to make sure everything's working properly which I greatly It gave me peace of mind. I'm definitely having them out next fall to clean my gutters as I have a tremendous amount of trees and they always clog up.
