It is a small office, but they are very specialized and really take time with each client. Unfortunately I believe it is rare these days to have a doctor actually truly listen, and hear what the patient is saying. For my initial appointment the Doctor took over an hour just discussing things with me. Afterwards her staff took the time to really go over medication and special diet. Their follow up has also been amazing. This practice will make you feel like your health is truly a team effort to which you are a part of that team.

In the minefield that is Healthcare in America, it can be tough to find that happy combination of a…read moredoctor you like and trust, a practice that you respect, and some place that takes your insurance. Should you find that Group Heal alth, and specifically Dr. Kai Huang, is in your network of coverage, I cannot recommend them highly enough. I went in for my annual check-up, and have had to reestablish myself with a new practice every year for the last four because my doctor either retires or moves to another practice. So it is always the joy of answering all of the family history questions and getting to know a new doctor. It was a wonderful visit from start to finish. My appointment was at 8, I was in the exam room by 8:15, and I was on my way out by 9. The Dr. was attentive to my questions and concerns and just did a thorough check-up. Not only that, he made recommendations for my future visits and encouraged me to call him if things come up throughout the year. It was such a good experience in a time when you hear horror stories. Do yourself a favor and contact them; your health and well-being will thank you.

I'm impressed with how much time she spends with a patient. However, forget about running anywhere…read morenear on schedule or a modicum of respect for YOUR time. So don't bother arriving at your scheduled time, arrive there around an hour late for your appointment and you might only have to wait 15 minutes or so. The staff knows there is a problem, and while apologetic, is powerless to do anything about it as the doc sets her own appt schedule. The upside of the attention she pays to you once you FINALLY get to see her does not outweigh the extraordinarily poor customer service and callous disregard for a patient's time. If you have an afternoon to kill schedule an appointment - you will receive good medical attention - if not find a doc who books a reasonable amount of patients in a day.
