I eventually used their online scheduling to get an appointment so I could actually talk to someone only to be told that I would need to reschedule for the procedure. Then, a week later I was told that he was no longer doing it. When I went to get a copy of my medical records so I could go to a new provider, they didn't include the results of the labs that had just been run. Don't expect them to respond if you need follow-up care.

I visited two times across two days and both visits could not have been more unique. Night one (1 Star Review): I first interacted with the closing manager, Yashira, and her response immediately threw off the entire visit. When she realized my partner was a new patient, she sighed in our faces and said "this will be fun" in a condescending tone, as if my partner and I were inconveniencing her by coming in. When I explained that I would not be purchasing products and only wanted to stand at the counter with my partner while he completed his purchase, she became aggressive and said that would not be allowed. I've never encountered that reaction at any other dispensary. Instead of calmly explaining the policy or law, she acted as if I was questioning her authority. The interaction made me feel embarrassed in front of other patients waiting behind us. That response from a manager set a very negative tone for the entire visit. After that interaction, we proceeded with the visit and the budtender who helped my partner was phenomenal--offering excellent service and made sure my partner had a great first experience. If my only interaction had been with him, this would have been a very different review. But because of how Yashira handled the situation, once I made it to the counter with my partner, we almost walked out. Because I didn't want my partner's first visit to be tainted because of how Yashira treated me, I swallowed how upset I was and moved on. Still, it left such a bad impression that I wasn't sure I'd return. Even if setting up a new patient profile takes a little extra time, a manager should never express frustration or personal feelings about new patients coming in. And, a manager should learn how to educate new patients without making them feel dumb in front of other people. That reflects poorly on the business! Day two (5 Star Review): I decided to give the location another chance at a different time of day, and the experience was completely different. I checked in with one of the managers, either Charles or Isaac, and his initial reaction to me saying I was a new patient was immediately welcoming and professional. There was slight confusion at first when my partner came up to the counter with me, but Isaac/Charles handled it cleanly and smoothly, and significantly better than how Yashira handled the same exact situation the night before. After check-in, I worked with Courtney and she was awesome from the start--warm, friendly, patient, and genuinely happy to help! She took her time explaining everything in detail, answered all my questions without rushing me, and helped me maximize my first-time patient discount so I could stock up on a variety of products. She even offered free merch to make it memorable. In my mind, Courtney and the managers I interacted with the second day deserve a 5-star review. The only reason this review averages out to 3 stars is because of how poor and unwelcoming my experience was the night before with closing manager Yashira. My bottom line: Courtney (and the way managers Isaac/Charles handled things) is the reason I would return to this location! I am not going to shop at this location in the evening when the closing manager (who I had a negative experience with) would be working. It is incredible how different the experiences were, but this serves as a reminder that one experience is not enough to determine the quality of service at a new location!

They take double payments if you don't realize, you simply just do not! I have had to call them and my bank several times within 7 months. The 18th they take their money out of my account (this time one payment) Today I get a call from the dispensary stating they may my refs are all cancelled and they will have to cancel my order.... I call marijuana doc and they tell me oh it's because you have to renew! Someone should have called you... but they DID NOT!! Not one person yet they took the money out of my account. I work 12 hour shifts and have a surgery I have been prepping for with appointment (blood work, EKG', chest X-rays, etc) exams being some after my 12 hour work shifty. So no time to think about anything else other than that. I was told I would get a call, so that is what I was expecting when the time came. No call, no meds now for over a week because of course they aren't open until Wednesday (today in Monday) And I have two doc appointments already scheduled for Wednesday. Next available is next week. So the the individuals that are responsible for me not being able to get my medicine for a week, please do your job!! I am pretty certain if this was your issue, you would be just as disappointed! Incredibly mind blowing!!!!!!! Now I am trying to call them back to simply get a refund to look for another doctor and they keep hanging up. Wow!! Update: no refund so had to stay with the doctor another 7 months.. the coordinator stated she put them in and I will be able to go to the dispensary right away!! I go to the dispensary and they state it is still canceled.... So I figure it may take a bit. I head over to labcorp and the next day after work put a 423$ order in. I get a call from the dispensary that they can not fill my order because it doesn't start until the 30th of March I'm am beyond annoyed now! Of course it's a Saturday after med doc is closed and they are closed Sundays also, now I have to wait until Monday to contact them yet again!!!!!! What type of place is this? You are beyond rude, your staff is not knowledgeable at all. Any information you are given, I recommend triple checking. He fancies himself as a Florida Cannabis expert but when you arrive all you will get is a list of fees and him telling you how much cannabis he can legally get you. It is a shame that something that should be providing a medical service is run by someone only interested in money and not the patients. Mr. Barasatie has an extensive criminal history from my research of his company with numerous lawsuits filed agains him and agreenrelief.com. Kerry Barasatie has a history of business opened for a short time and closed. Please be careful with this man and his companies. He will scam you out of your money and not care about you as a patient. As soon as he has made your appointment, he is no longer interested in you at all.
