Those fries are super crispy, loaded with pastor, shredded cheese and nacho cheese plus the rest of the good garnishes. It even has chips for their bottom layer! Birria tacos was a bit plain to me but the consume was good! Next time, we will order and eat there. We also ordered their Pico Rico Burrito (shrimp burrito) and added pastor because big back activities The lady said she's not sure how it'll taste since the shrimp has its on sauce already tha the put in. She advised it it's not good together, try it separate next time. I told her it was fine I think I'll like it. What do you know, I enjoyed it. Pretty good! Next time I will try their regular burrito next time. Can't wait to try more! We also ordered a horchata. I always get one at every Mexican restaurant/truck that I go to. It was good! I should've gotten two Lastly, thanks for dinner on a lazy Friday night. I thought the price were fair enough. I don't mind paying $58 for what I ordered.

I had the pleasure of trying Clarky's for the first time about a year and a half ago. I was driving…read morethrough Grass Valley, with the intention of visiting one of their great pasty shops to fuel me on my 12 or more hour journey. To my disappointment, both shops were closed. Searching frantically for an alternative, I noticed a food truck sitting in a parking lot. Clarky's BBQ. "Eh, BBQ's usually pretty expensive," I said to myself, "but I'm in a hurry and I'm starving," so I decided to give it a try. I walked up to the window and asked the lady what she recommended and she said she really likes the chicken sandwich, I think it's called the Southwest chicken sandwich, or something to that effect. So I said alright, I'll take that. The price was around $16 at the time, which I thought was about standard for a BBQ chicken sandwich. The picture on the menu showed a sandwich on a round bun, and I was thinking it would be like most BBQ sandwiches, about the size of a hamburger. I thought "man that's kinda pricey if it's hamburger size," but I eagerly awaited the arrival of the sandwich. I'm here to tell you that after I opened that package I was happy to have paid every cent of that $16 dollars because what a sandwich! This wasn't some 4 inch hamburger bun with a piece of chicken on it. This thing must have been at least 6 inches in diameter! It was loaded with tender smoked boneless chicken thighs, a soft melty white cheese, and ortega chilis. There might have been some other veggies as well but I can't remember. I was quite full by the time I got halfway through, but it was so good I just. Couldn't. Stop. Eating. I finished that whole sandwich in one sitting, and it was good to the last bite! The flavor was unreal, by far the best BBQ chicken I've ever had and maybe the best BBQ overall. The cheese flavor was perfect with the smoky chicken, and the chilis added just the right kick. I think this might be the best sandwich I have ever had, I think about it all the time! I've gotta have it again soon! Thank's Clarky's for a great experience!

My absolute favorite is their sliced Tri-Tip sandwich, which unfortunately hasn't been in their rotation lately. It is a nice hearty portion, and the meat flavor is so good you don't need much sauce.

Then don't just say , nope we won't be doing business with you. If you would have just replied and said we are dealing with personal issues, I could have moved on and called someone else. Instead you leave me hanging until I leave a bad review. Hope your family is good, and God bless you all.
