GO TO THE ER, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS PLACE I went to DOCs on Friday morning after seeing a LARGE mark on my arm and it was HOT to the touch! I walked in, filled out the forms, sat and waited. Got to the back (time of waiting was NOT long) and they started my testing (Blood pressure, Oxygen and Temperature). Then they took me to an examining room. 1st, the examining room looked as if someone already sat on the bed, then I sat and waited for the SO CALLED DOCTOR come in the room, She asked me what was wrong, and I told her and showed her and as she backed up outside the room, she said hmmm you have a skin infection! Skin infection? YES Skin infection. She told me she would give me antibiotics and ointment to put on the wound, I asked should I cover it? She told me NOT necessary, hhhmmmm I thought I will get bandages on my way home to have to covered. I did what she said to me and it was spreading fast! I have NOT felt the same since I got this. I took a picture and posted on my Facebook page and I think I had EVERYONE over (2000 friends) comment back and told me to get to the HOSPITAL NOW! 2 of my friends said they would meet me back to DOCS last night, and upon arrival they could NOT find my file from Friday (just 3 days ago) where could my file be? OH it was hiding in a drawer since the person that needed to Scan it into the computer DID NOT DO HER JOB! Through my stay waiting for the Doctor to see me, I was enlighten that this place has had many complaints about this Doctor that say me on Friday. Last night when the REAL DOCTOR saw me (Dr RAVI) he could NOT believe that my arm was NOT taken care of. He took care of my arm which should have been done on Friday. Thank you Dr Ravi for your help! After ALL this problem, I got out of there with what they call and I&D and a shot in my rear end. I went out to the receptionist and I was told that tonight would be $315.00, They had the GULLS to try to charge me for another office visit! I wanted to speak to the man in charge (that owns this facility) he was NOT able to listen to me (he kept talking over me) I guess he wants to be right!. He explained to me if I wanted to make a complaint about a Doctor of his, I needed to send in a complaint in writing. I thought NO, this is the way I will tell the world (maybe just Brevard County) about this place, (hopefully people read my whole story). I explained to this man that this could have turned out worse then it was and he REALLY DID NOT CARE as long as I was going to PAY his price! How can someone that took an OATH to serve people to health be so DAMN RUDE! Their Customer Service is NOT where I would want it to be! I am SORRY I would NEVER come to you again, I will find another facility to go to (Hopefully with Doctors that know what they are doing). So for the people that are reading the reviews, LOOK and READ them NONE are 5 stars! MOSTLY ALL COMPLAINTS! My family has been coming to DOCCS since 2013 when we first moved here. I absolutely love the on-site lab and pharmacy. However, my most favorite thing that really stands out for me...is Dr Sahay!!! She is by far one of the best hidden gems in So. FL. She really takes the time to get to know her patients well and genuinely will provide the best care and recommend the best course of treatment.... She knows her stuff!! This is not the place to go for a quick fix per se...But if you want someone who will take the time to fully understand you and the full scope of your health issues to properly diagnose you and treat you...DOCCS IS THE PLACE. I recall the time Dr Sahay assisted with helping my husband asses and manage his diabetes after his kidney transplant procedure with the continuous glucose monitoring device and education. This office is always open and ready to utilize the latest and greatest technology to benefit their patients. I highly recommend Dr Sahay if you're looking for someone that's going to appreciate you and put you, the patient first! read more

I personally see Dr. Moss, whom is quite difficult to ascertain as a Dr., but once you do, you'll want to see her for life! She can be hard on you but is a straight shooter and has provided additional internal medical services when I came in for a regular, monthly visits, which respecting my own Hippocratic rights, I am choosing to leave the reason for those visits out, she noticed I was ill and wrote me a refill for some strong antibiotics, which I require often at times. She's done physicals and not charged me. I had an experience where she should and very much could have kicked my butt to the curb as a patient. Instead she chose to be human and gave me chance as ANY good doctor will. I think SHE is wonderful. NOT DOCCS, but this is my only way to give her the acclimates and kudos I can. So, DOCCS... yes, agreed, basically a joke. Doctor Moss, Marilyn, you are a hero in the medical community! Thank you for putting faith in me! read more

My first visit to this urgent care was a mixed experience. The initial wait time was unexpectedly long, but the receptionist was polite and professional. He made a great first impression. However, my experience took a sharp turn when I was called back by a blonde nurse who was condescending and nice-nasty. The way she spoke to me was unkind and disrespectful. (I believe her name was Christina?) On the basis of that interaction alone, I do not plan to return to this facility. Thankfully, the Physicians Assistant who saw me was a stark contrast. She was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly a qualified medical professional. I was very relieved to finally speak with someone who treated me with respect and demonstrated true expertise. While I appreciate the competent care from the PA, the negative interaction with that nurse unfortunately overshadowed the positive aspects of my visit and has cemented my decision not to return. read more

I have to say DOCS has come through for my husband and myself many times. The facility itself was getting a bit rundown but they have remodeled some and changed out the furniture although I do wish they would ditch the plants if no one is going to care for them! The staff is super nice and the doctors are knowledgeable. Sometimes they are a little rushed because they get sooooo busy but an hour or so later things calm down...they always answer my questions and they have x-ray, a pharmacy and an infusion room. Considering I'm really stressed out when I go to a doctor and not on my best behavior I leave in a better frame of mind. read more

went to DOCCS after being sick for several days. Walked in, signed in, got helped immediately by Leanne, and was taken back for exam within a reasonable amount of time. The Dr. was genuinely interested in my condition, he ordered the proper tests immediately, and within 90 minutes, I was on my way to pick up a prescription, which ultimately cured my condition (severe bronchitis). My visit was well under $100 which included x rays, and the office visit. I have never visited this clinic before, and I feel very confident that if I ever need quick medical care, I will go there again without hesitation. jeff g read more

After Hurricane Irma hospitals were turning away patients and doctor's weren't answering their phone perhaps of power outage. I needed medical assistance immediately for a complex illness. I was fortunate that Dr. Ravi Sharma was there which he didn't waste any time and started treatment with a prescription and nurse Brenda drew blood sample to send for analysis. I have been going to Doccs for various reasons and very satisfied with results, the cost and schedule flexibility. My Doctor is closed after 5 and it's too expensive to go to ER for similar treatment that DOCCS can provide. read more

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They did some recent renovations which definitely made the place look great. I used the online booking and as soon as I was done filling out my paperwork I got right in the exam room. Once in, the provider was fast and polite. He talked just enough to make me feel like he really cared, but he was also quick enough to make me feel like I did not waste any of my time. Came here a few years ago and and then again today. The experience I had today was amazing. The urgent care was completely renovated and not to mention they were playing one of my favorite movies in the waiting room (Santa clause). The wait wasn't long at all. I went for a minor cut on my hand from hanging lights and they stitched it right up. Basically in and out. The staff was all smiles and very polite. Will definitely be back! Thanks guys read more

I suffered through pneumonia while my place of work questioned my absence.. If it wasn't for DOCCS urgent care they would be looking at me sideways. They were professional and caring. Got a chest X-ray and proof the same day that I was more sick than I have ever been in my life. Thanks to the PA Stefan for making the correct diagnoses. I would return to DOCCS any day of the week for professional treatment to avoid the Emergency Room. read more

Mid-day on a work day, I walked in. I felt a UTI coming on and I went on my lunch. DOCCS is near my work. I was in pain. Waited only a few minutes and was brought back. Handled me professionally and quickly. The staff recommend a Publix near my work to fill the script. I would recommend going again if needed. They are urgent care and not primary care. Because they are walk in, I can see where wait times depends on who is there. read more

Charlene is one of the most patient, gracious receptionists I have ever met. The last time I was in the office, there was a medical emergency and so our appointments were necessarily delayed. Several folks got upset, but Charlene handled each discussion with professionalism and calm. Kudos to her for not adding to the frenzy of the morning. Keep up the exceptional work! read more

I visited this location after having a bad flu which I could not get over or handle all the pain. I only waited about a half hour and was taken in to the back. I meet with the Dr. and she was very professional and caring. I was back feeling better after she gave me a shot and some other items. Great place to go rather than waiting to get in at the ER. read more

Bree the CMA was amazing!! She made sure we were comfortable! She even let us stay in the comfy room with the huge comfy chairs! Sadly docs stretched her thin but she didn't let that stop her! I love this place .very nice and kind docters and very supportive. Also very quiet and pieaceful in there. Overall my favorite place to go to out of all my docters. This is the best place to be seen weather pregnant or sick. Or just need to bring ur son in wile he's sick. Takes only three mins from my house. read more

We arrived on a Friday at 10:15, they were not busy and we were seen within 15 min. The doctor gave my son an asthma treatment and prescribe what he needed and we were on our way. Leanne at the front desk was very pleasant, nurse Shannon and the Doctor were very profesaional. read more
