The last week before closing the bank needed a dollar amount. brown brown and brown told me the figures and what fifty percent would be. We went with their figures at the closing their figures were wrong by over 3600$ That's a lot of money. Needless to say I ended up loosing over 2200$ because of their incompetence with their closing figures. I'll never use this firm again pretty much told me to get bent and was extremely rude. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I called her in reference…read moreto something at first she stated they did not have him then she stated he should've went on a website to see that his court date was changed to two weeks after he went to court the last time we had no knowledge of this so website we had a court date of August 23 so I'm trying to explain to her the situation already given his name she says oh my gosh I got 100 other people throw the phone down she gets back on the phone I stated to her ma'am how would he know to look on that website when he went to court he was given a court date. She then says OK what is my phone proceeding she asked for his name again so I'm explaining it to her. She's getting very rude and disrespectful so I stay ma'am just because I'm a black woman does not mean I do not know how to communicate. Meaning I'm not an idiot I'm not stupid I have a bachelors in nursing.. I called my mother on the other line she's still going in circles, so I'm trying to let her know ma'am all we're needing to know is how is this going to be handled being that the court date was changed she tells me to shut up my mother says the court date was changed to July 31 she states oh that's what we have. after telling me she did not have it. I recorded every bit of it, so she calls my mother back and says oh I just checked the mail. It was in the mailbox so there's nothing we can do because you guys should've gotten a letter to win first being that the court date was in their system change means a docket was sent to the clerk of court did their job , they did not notify us yet to have set an appointment or anything so to call back after being rude and irate because she's so overworked or hates her job. I don't know just because you go and check the mail and see a paper means we got a paper so we call the clerk of court and Da and they state no the Lawyer is supposed to have contacted you with this information and given you the letter being that the date was changed to July 31 the last time he was seeing was July 11. so then she calls back in apologizes to my mother in myself after telling me to shut up when I'm trying to talk to her because I know this, I'm trying to explain to her because I have enough knowledge to know that information but because I was too educated, I was irritating her all in all before she called and apologized. Wish you spoke to my mother after she checked the mail she stated without the lawyer, even seen the client that he should just play guilty. He's only going to get probation that is unlawful and unethical. She is not the lawyer for him when asked saying her name she stated it doesn't matter. You do not need to know that you don't want to give your name, but you give legal advice and state the client should just play guilty because he's just going to get probation, but we don't even know your name I'm going to wait to send this recording to the DA and the Clark of Court till I speak to the lawyer because this is so unethical and so unlawful she was so irate and disrespectful simply because I was calling to get information because the sheriff showed up, but she kept dwelling that they had 800 other people so if it's some cases that you don't think the lawyer can handle when that is not even her call, she shouldn't even be giving legal advice, then he should let the courts know so the client can be represented correctly. I have been in nursing for over eight years. I have been under pressure in many situations, and I have never spoke to anyone in that manner I have never been spoken to in that manner I'm not want to raise my voice or anything she got on the phone. I was leaving a message and she was already off the bat rude I gave his name. We had a 45 minute conversation and then she asked for me to give his name again at the state and she did not even have him. They didn't even have him try to just get me off the phone when I've already gotten the information that that is his lawyer someone like that should not be working in the legal justice system , and again, I'm going to wait to speak to the lawyer and present this recording to the lawyer before I present it to the judge because for a secretary to be given legal advice is very unethical for you to tell a grandparent that he should just play guilty. Will you have no knowledge of the situation when she call back she apologizes but all the stuff that she said, and did it we would not have kept going because what it is she's used to people just listening to her going off of what she said so when she stated we don't even have him, she was expecting for me to hang up I'm very educated not in just the field that I am in so I know the clerk of court is not going to give you a paper with a lawyer name on it if that's not who they assigned being dead, his court date was changed to July 31 and the last time he was saying was July 11 an appointment should have already been set.
