Never buy online. Their customer service center is completely useless. I had called before placing the order to ask how to make a delivery appointment. I was promised that it was possible, but now the delivery man called me to tell me he's at my door, and I'm at work. I keep being sent from one person to the other at their customer support center, who are, apart from useless, extremely impolite. A nightmare. NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY!! read more
