Service is very unreliable. Every midnight home and cellphone service is interrupted for maintenance without warning. Ping latency is around 100ms on average. read more

The best place to buy electronics in Finland. Although the prices are ok, they are nowhere close to…read morethose of Best Buy (US), Saturn (Germany) or Amazon. The selection is large and is in-par with the bigger Best Buy stores. This company is a success story, mainly that it was able to grow from a one man store to the electronics powerhouse that it currently is in Finland. If you live in Finland and need to buy a new computer, TV etc, this place is ok, but as a tourist I'd skip the Finnish market altogether.

Elisa's got a pharmacy-style approach: first queue for 20-40 minutes, then come in with a ticket. It really felt chilled way of serving people. No personal help, just a "have your question at the counter" style. I'd drop in at nearby DNA instead from now on.
