I then tried repeatedly to call to reschedule and they were closed, so it's next to impossible to be able to even schedule your package appointments. When I did finally reach the horrible woman at the front desk, she said the package had expired. When I explained that their therapist had cancelled my last appointment, the front desk woman reluctantly scheduled an appointment. The service was then so bad that I wished I had just never gone. The therapist acted like she was doing me this huge favor by scheduling what THEY had cancelled previously and that I had already paid for. She then added things on the bill and I was charged for more stuff when I left. These people are dishonest and clearly strapped for cash. On another note, the front desk woman and the therapist looked extremely unhealthy. For a wellness center, you don't expect people to be like this.

Each week I meet with my coach to review the food I ate, which I recorded in my food journal, get measured, and do a BCA. In these personalized meetings my coach reviews my food journal and BCA results to ensure I am sticking to the protocol so that I may get optimal results. For example, my coach will review my food journal and let me know if I need to change my eating times, tweak my veggie or eat a less fattening protein for dinner. They offered me their ipad since it was larger and asked for my license to make a copy for their records. The large amount of information and navigating the pages took so long, I realized I would not be able to keep my appointment. It wasn't until the next day that I realized I had not gotten my license back. They were closed and when I stopped by when they were open, they looked around and said they did not have it. I went to the DMV and got a new license. Two weeks later I got a call saying they had found my license. When I went to pick it up, I asked for reimbursement of the $20.00 I had to pay since I had actually come in to get it when I realized I didn't get it back. The woman I asked walked to the back and came out to the lobby and said she would have to ask the manager. I've never heard from them. I called once and didn't get a return call. Very disappointing and concerning that they handle important info. so carelessly. It was nice, I guess that they called to tell me they had found it. But still...$20 and a worse picture on the license...
