When I did finally reach the horrible woman at the front desk, she said the package had expired. When I explained that their therapist had cancelled my last appointment, the front desk woman reluctantly scheduled an appointment. The service was then so bad that I wished I had just never gone. The therapist acted like she was doing me this huge favor by scheduling what THEY had cancelled previously and that I had already paid for. She then added things on the bill and I was charged for more stuff when I left. These people are dishonest and clearly strapped for cash. On another note, the front desk woman and the therapist looked extremely unhealthy. For a wellness center, you don't expect people to be like this.
