In general Wells Fargo has a lot of requirements that have to be met in order to qualify for any loan. My low loan of $75,000 which is nothing to these big corporations was denied but thats not the issue. My issue is that I had a really bad "loan officer", as he preferred to be called. Always "not having" documents that I sent and resent and somehow still lost yet again. I could have been saved this half a year headache had he done his job. He was required to submit the loan to Fannie Mae for approval. He "dropped the ball" and forgot to do so. (He accused the COOP management of not being available. I'm shocked that it would require months to contact anyone, especially when the multi-personnel management is there 9 to 5pm on all working business days.) I lost my low APR and spent almost $800 for a pointless Wells Fargo questionnaire and apartment assessment. GIVE ME BACK : 1. My time wasted for fulfilling Wells Fargo many requirements. 2. Lost APR. (which is in the thousands i could've not lost) 3. Money wasted. PS. Jimmy Mamakas of Sterling National not only got me my loan, but it only took two months and its Fannie Mae approved.

We told Don what we were looking for and he explained how the process works. After filling out the online application, we were all set to move forward. I was expecting a similar process to what the banks would have put us through but WOW, I was wrong! Before reaching out to Sun Mortgage Company we had attempted to go through our previous lender and other financial institutions, but they made it impossible. We were always talking to a different representitive each time and had to start over due to lack of information they had on their end, which meant starting the process over. This was fustrating!! He did not give us any timely information- we had to constantly try to reach him via email, cell, and text. Even then, he didn't pick up or respond. The most we'd get from him was an email, after the millions of calls and texts that we sent. It's horrendous how discourteous and unprofessional he was!! He also quoted us at higher rate than what was posted on the Bank's website - I don't know what that was about, as he never returned our calls, but it seemed like shady business. He also obviously didn't know what he was doing, as he didn't know upfront which documents we needed to submit to the underwriter! Each week we would get a new requirement from him regarding some new document that we'd need to submit. It was a horrible, absolutely terrible, experience working with him. I've closed on 2 properties before going to him, and I've worked with multiple mortgage specialists in the past. Bryan was, by far, the worst mortgage specialists ever, in skill, knowledge, efficiency, professionalism, communications, and more!
