They completely mis-managed our project to the point of negligence, repeatedly attempted to over-charge us doing things like making changes on our drawings that we had not requested, etc. They ended up charging us over GBP60,000 in "Extras" without providing any documentation on what would be charged as part of the project and what would be charged as an extra item. The architect Mark Powles has still refused to provide us with any billing details on what these "Extras" are despite our repeated requests. This firm is an absolute disgrace and should be avoided at all cost.
