He is genuinely kind and compassionate and will gently guide you through the process without making you feel pressured. He supports you in making the choices that are right for you and on the day of the funeral is present to ensure that everything runs smoothly. I found the amenities to be perfectly suited to my needs. The rooms are tastefully decorated, the kitchen is fully equipped, there is a playroom for children, and valet parking, if needed. It wasn't. And even though he drove 30 minutes both ways to pick up our loved one, he still saved us about $2,000 compared to what the other funeral home wanted to charge. He went above and beyond to make sure the service was everything we wanted and to make sure we were informed and in charge along the way. There is literally only one negative: because his fees are so low, he can't afford to extend credit and keep the business open. This means that he will ask that you put the total on a credit card (or split between cards).
