A lot of Real Estate agents get a bad rap, and as they should, however, my experience as a first time home purchaser with Alex was great. Alex went above and beyond, he was always available and made sure that I was informed on all matters pertaining to the purchase of my first home (throughout the course of our dealings I must have called him at least 50 times). He knows the areas he covers very well and his opinion was always something that I trusted. As a first time buyer and someone who did not know the area quite well, Alex was instrumental in helping me get through the process (inspections, paperwork, dealing with the selling agent, notary, etc...). I felt safe when dealing with Alex, knowing that he had my best interests at heart, furthermore, without his advice and guidance, I would not have pulled the trigger on purchasing a home that I have since come to love, and can easily sell now at a profitable margin. When I first dealt with Alex, I was interested in a home beyond my budget and he was the selling agent; when I expressed my concerns and my situation, rather than dismiss me, as I would not be providing him commission as a selling agent, he took the time to assess my wants in terms of location, budget, amenities, and timing; at which point he provided me with listings that better suited my situation, one of which I really liked. Due to his availability and gentle push, I was first to look at a home, and first to place an offer (the market is very hot right now...); 5 hours after placing my offer (several other offers came in), I ended up the frontrunner in the purchase of my home.
