They give fake promises and have to chases them. We paid for service and were very frustrated and disappointed that our walkway and stairs were not done for many days after several snowstorm. Poor or no service, extremely rude on the phone (they hung up on me, despite me being calm and cool as a cucumber). Their service is irrefutably bad: We have four operators on our street. EVERY storm, Duraguard clients are the last to be served, if at all - even though there are multiple houses using their service.

Nothing seems to convince the driver that it's not right to use the front of the house, where there is a mere 12 feet of space before the walkway to the front door. I had a mountain of snow to shovel today because Grizzly doesn't listen to their voicemail, doesn't read their email or text messages.
