Last fall we trusted DLC to fix a complicated driveway after the city redid the street and water pipes. DLC did such a good job that we extended the work into our walkway to the front door. They did the job professionally and in the time they said they would do it. The price was very competitive and full value for the money. I have since retained them to redo our front garden and fence which will start if the snow ever stops falling. The detailed and very accurate plans along with pictures of the plants/flowers looks amazing, and we can hardly wait to see the final product. Also this year we switched to DLC snow removal service and they were always the first on the street to get the snow out of the many driveways on our street. They have a wonderful automated Text service to advise you 10 minutes before they pass by, which is great to get the vehicles out of the driveway for a full and detailed cleaning. Great job! read more

I shared a property with neighbor in ste. Anne de Bellevue And the DLC only does the neighbor side. I pay half and my half not done. I'm very upset and won't be sharing the snow removal next year. The DLC Didn't even put up posts with their phone number. I think a little fishy perhaps not claiming on taxes!! read more

Price high - they own almost all the local snow clearing companies in the area, and provide a service which is lacking in almost every way. Driveway is sometimes cleared to the edge, sometimes just enough room for the car and opening the driver door. If you want your pathway cleared, be prepared for a high price and a lousy job. Try to find a company other than one of theirs. You will be sorry if you don't. read more

If I could I would give negative stars. A 25,000$ front and back yard residential landscaping job that was supposed to be finished by November was finally "finished" in June - and only after multiple phones calls and a visit to their office asking them to come and finish the job. I lost track of how many times they said "it will be done in the next two weeks". Of the work they did in November, at least 50% of the sod died, the sod was uneven and there were actual holes in the lawn. Some plants they put in also died. The lawn looked worse than when they started. They finally came back in June - this was after a visit to their office, and multiple follow-up calls. (I spoke to Alana who told me that 100% they would be there the following week. By Friday, exactly 0% had been done so I called back. Dexter then showed up at our door that afternoon to say he would be over the next day. It was no surprise when no one showed up at all. They finally came the next Tuesday. The work was shoddy and they really gave us the run around. We still need them to come back because one of the trees they planted in June is dead. My recommendation would be to run, not walk, away from this company. You could probably do a better job yourself with a lot less aggravation and money. read more

We have been long term customers with Beton Unique and now DLC. They offer fantastic and efficient service "on and off" huge snowfalls. They recently installed the text service where we get a message to move our trucks from the driveway, saving the hassle of leaving it parked across the road, wondering if or when the plow is coming. The DLC Team is our Team!! Thank you for your continuous service! read more

That is service! They are always earlier than all the other tractors in my neighbourhood too! My neighbours are all going with them this year, they were jealous when they had to shovel their cars out to get to work because they used one of those big companies that are always late, while we just drive out of a perfectly clean driveway! Amazing company!

This landed in my lap and needed attention prior to snowfall. These two gentlemen stepped up and delivered. Feel free to check their Facebook profile for before & afters. I seldom write these little blurbs, but, when I come across a team that is willing to roll their sleeves up and get it done, no excuses or delays, then they get my 2 cents on platforms such as this. Tell them what you are looking for, they will tell you what they can or cannot do, price it fairly, and well, get it done. Sales are not their strong point so you will not be left with a sales pitch feeling. What you will find though is work effort is their strength. We were fair to each other and both came out winners in my book. EOM.
