This review is specifically regarding the DJR Expert Guide I purchased through the website. I found it to be woefully inadequate. I purchased a guide regarding Hermès Kelly bags. This guide is not at all what I was expecting it to be based on the description. It provides no answers to the questions posed in the summary, only offers a rudimentary rubric that could be applied across any number of luxury brand purses. I was not expecting information specific to my exact bag, but there is a total lack of helpful information. I requested a refund and was denied one. This aspect of the business feels like a complete scam. Furthermore, there are several inaccuracies in this document. It is inaccurate to say that repetitive grain pattern is an indicator of a counterfeit bag given that Hermès utilizes pressed leathers such as Epsom and Madame. As for the comment that leather thickness is based on bag size, this is not accurate. Hides are skived according to the model type, and where on the bag that piece will be.
