Filing your taxes CAN be a pleasant experience!…read more I was looking for someone to handle my tax filing, and I found Reliable Bookkeeping and Tax Services. Believe it or not, it was actually a pleasant experience from start to finish. I was greeted with a friendly welcome from the front desk staff. I started with a free consultation meeting with DeeAnn. She took the time to explain everything in detail and ensured that I understood everything. I was impressed with her knowledge, professionalism, and kindness, so I set up an appointment. A couple of weeks later, I presented my paperwork to her during my appointment. DeeAnn is meticulous and was able to complete my tax filing accurately and quickly. The process was smooth and stress-free. I felt confident that my taxes were in great hands, and I plan to continue using her services in the future. I am very grateful that I found this business. I highly recommend Reliable Bookkeeping and Tax Services to anyone looking for reliable and expert tax assistance. The name says it all!

Unlike the previous accountants I have worked with (who were all great and professional), the team at Solo made sure to speak to me (before December) about strategies and ways I could use to make sure I optimized my tax strategy...before it was too late to do so. They aren't the cheapest guys around, but not the most expensive either. In any case, I've long stopped worrying about the cost of the service: peace of mind and professionalism is what I've been buying all these years.

We as a family have always been greeted with great professionalism and friendly staff, they are always very pleasant; many of them have worn braces over the past two years. We were given an approximate time frame, as to when the braces would come off, and it was pretty accurate. My son's teeth are now aligned, straight, white and jaw adjustment; as well. This happened because he followed the instructions with due diligence to get them off with the proper alignment. Everyone wants them off, before they are ready to, so if you become a patient be patient! Dr. Curtis is very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable, it is evident that he is because, he has a ton of patients in both Cda and Post Falls. I love the point system set up for the patients, because it initiates a great incentive for the process to go smoothly and rewards as well, meaning braces coming off and tangible gift cards etc. I am happy with the results and my son is as well. Since, I am writing this review I know that my son was referred by a former patient, that I do not believe is coming in any more. Since, my son does and has followed every instruction I would like to have the referral points placed on his account.???? Think about that? Or at least split them as a compromise. I say JOB well done! and HAPPY SMILES! now we can get our Sr. pictures done soon. Graduation in May; no braces! Thank you to all staff members, especially Steph and Jess!! Awesome Sauce. Blessings to all....
