She has good song suggestions. She suggested doing a memory song at the reception for my grandma who I had recently lost. She goes around to guests during the reception and asks them for song requests. She has people who work for her who are ordained as well and can do your wedding if you would like. Moore music takes care of everything. Pam offered a free dance lesson for me and my fiance for the wedding, she also offered a free cake for our one year anniversary from her baker. She matches with you and your wedding color the day of the wedding, she is just so organized. She has many wedding signs, decors and things to offer at her office to use at your wedding. During this time of the quarantine in 2020 we had to postpone our big reception. But Pam was able to give ideas to have a smaller wedding at this time with very few people so that we can still do our wedding now. She offered to play music and even bring in her officiant. The DJ (Fred) and owner was completely unprofessional. There were numerous major issues. First off,…read morea week before our wedding I filled out the song request portal with our ceremony and reception requests, the ceremony requests were fine and he "received" them, yet apparently he did not receive our reception music request list. (One would think if he didn't have the request sheet, he would notify us before the wedding). The night started with the entrances, the maid of honor placed the wireless microphone on the table in the dressing room and left it there as she ran out to make the entrance. When it was time for her to do her speech, she had to borrow the DJs microphone for the speech. After the speech, the DJ only cared about the microphone and went straight to the bride and said that the microphone is worth $600, how did she lose it? I need it back now. While yes, a mistake on the maid of honor's end, the microphone was safe and returned to the DJ within seconds of the speech's concluding. Additionally, After an hour and a half of very dated disco music, where no one under 65 was dancing, we made several comments to the DJ about playing more songs in line with our requests and he aggressively stated " you didn't fill one out" , clearly we did as he received our ceremony requests. Instead of being professional and saying ok let's fix this issue and make the night right and fix the vibe, he decided to stick to his guns and refused to play our and guests requests for more dance / club / higher energy / upbeat music. Upon numerous requests to fix the playlists he made comments like "do you want me to pack up and leave" , "if you think you can do a better job then do it", "I'm getting complaints" to the bride and guests. He also had the gall to constantly say his opinions and commentated over the microphone. For instance, during the cake cutting, the Maitre d' and the photographer were talking to the bride and groom and he had the guts to say "whelp guess they need explanation on how to cut a cake", and that was just one of several openly broadcasted back handed comments made. Literally at the final hour, he started to play more consistent modern songs but by that point it was late in the night, and people were bored and leaving. I don't know if this was a bad night for him, but even if he didn't get our request sheet, make an honest and professional effort to fix the situation and make the client happy. In a business of word of mouth and where every venue is filled with potential new clients, many were left wanting a better experience, and were unimpressed. He was paid in advance so didn't care much apparently. Its a shame we had high hopes for the evening, Fred let us down and was a major regret in our hindsight.

It alleviated some of our stress knowing that we had one less thing to worry about having our DJ secured for our new date. Their website was so organized and helped us to put in all of our requests and create our wedding timeline. Steve, our DJ, called us to discuss all the details and make sure that he knew everything we wanted so that he could make our day perfect! And it did turn out perfect! Steve was fantastic. He knew how to read the room and play what the crowd was enjoying while also sticking to a lot of our requested songs. Our dance floor was packed the entire night. Steve had everyone on the dance floor from our 25 year old friends to my 87 year old grandmother (who I haven't seen dance in years!). They're not comparable to the other DJ's that I've looked at. We were assigned Cole as our DJ for our wedding and he did nothing short of an amazing job! He was lively, followed the itinerary exactly without confusion, and played awesome music that appealed to everyone. He also did our ceremony. Originally we were going to go with a live band but for a fraction of the price they offered ceremonies in their package and I don't regret it. There were no mess ups whatsoever and he made our night run so smoothly. DJ's are so important to weddings - they set the mood for the most part and people rely on them for a good time. I can assure you that was achieved with Cole. My guests had come up to me afterwards saying how great he was. My husband and I also had our guests light sparklers. We ran through a tunnel that they did for us and at the end of the tunnel I was surprised that Cole had set up his speakers was playing one of my favorite songs (not planned by any means). I had notified him that we were doing a sparkler event to cap off the night but I had NO idea that he would be outside playing music for us. It was the perfect ending to our wedding day. Please look no further for a DJ. I cannot speak any highly enough of these guys. This company is awesome and Cole is a fantastic DJ. I'm so glad he was a part of our wedding day.

Philip was also discrete when I chose to surprise my groom with a change in my processional music. Philip was certain to use my private email and it made for such a fun and emotional moment during our processional. We cannot get over how wonderful Philip was for our reception. We were having a rough time during our reception due to a different vendor but with his non-stop party music and ability to hype our guests, none of our guests noticed the behind-the-scenes drama. Philip has an amazing energy and an incredibly fun personality. Philip was also very open to our guests requests and was quick to judge them against our "Do Not Play" list.
