I was a loyal customer of Dixie for YEARS and she was amazing. The new folks that have taken over are terrible and their fees are outrageous. Trying to get them to answer your phone call or call you back, good luck! Get ready to pay 30-50% more than you use to pay with Dixie, $100 for an EZ file give me a break! Made that mistake when filing my fiancee's easy file with my farm account, I about fell out of my chair. I can't even get a phone call back, it's like no one works there.. Our 2016 taxes were audited after they did them! When I sent Dixie's the tax forms, they had no explanation of what went wrong. Been trying to call them for my 2017 tax return and no answer. Would not recommend them now. read more
