Once again State Farm has come through for us. We had a blow out in our RV last week. Our agent sent me numbers of local tire shops to call for road service. We submitted the invoice for reimb and they processed it so quickly. No hassle at all. Love you guys!!! read more

I switched several months ago to State Farm and so far I have no complaints. The representatives are very helpful and my inquiries are answered in a fairly timely manner. What I appreciate the most is the fact that it serves the local community. Therefore I never have to feel helpless not being able to reach my agent. Whenever my agent is not available, I have been assisted by another very capable agent within the office. This has not been my experience at other insurance agencies. I should also mention that I receive both rental and car insurance along with a life insurance policy. read more

I was in a pinch and told him I needed a quick turn around on some coverage and bam, he made it happen in a few moments! Terren is the type of aman that is grateful for every bit of business you give him, not just one of those large companies that takes your money and you hope to get a policy from and maybe a note. Fast forward to today and I called and spoke with Pam she was so understanding and patient with me. Then I had to call back and provide some additional information and spoke to another kind young lady (I hate I didnt get her name), she was very helpful as well. After our longtime State Farm agent in Florida retired and we moved back home to Texas, we thought…read morefinding a new agent would be a breeze. Boy, were we wrong! Having been with State Farm forever, you'd assume a company of their size would have top-notch agents everywhere. Not even close! The agents we encountered in the Killeen and Temple area were, hands down, the worst we've ever dealt with--possibly the worst anywhere. We bounced from one agent to another, each plagued by constant errors with our accounts. Now, our setup is a bit complex--vehicles, home, life, savings, and banking accounts all with State Farm--but you'd think trained agents could handle it. Nope, not a chance! We were on the verge of ditching State Farm entirely when we tracked down our old agent for advice. She told us to call Nanette Mulkey in Greenville, TX--2.5 hours away from us. We thought, "What could possibly go wrong?" The answer? Absolutely nothing! Nanette Mulkey and her amazing sidekick Pam took charge like nobody's business. They grabbed the bull by the horns, uncovered a laundry list of issues with our accounts, and fixed every single one with precision and care. Distance? Not an issue. These two proved that a GREAT agent is worth every mile. Sheri and I can't recommend Nanette Mulkey's office enough to handle your State Farm needs--no matter where you live. If you want someone who gets it right the first time, call Nanette and Pam. They're the real deal! Five stars aren't enough! - Captain Bob & Sheri Edwards

I had seen a lot of YouTube videos that said if you owe a lot of money to the IRS there was a new law that would allow you to pay nothing. I watched several and contacted a few of them. They all wanted $600 and up to help me with my taxes. None of them promised I wouldn't have to pay the $19,000 even though their videos implied that's what they could do. I talked to three of them on more than one occasion. I finally set up an appointment with D. Earl's Tax Service in Greenville. I met with Misty. Took all the paperwork I had on 2021. It took approximately 30 minutes for her to determine what I could do and how it would work. She indicated I wouldn't have to pay and what happens afterwards. I'm still working with them, but I'm very pleased with the service I have received. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful the whole time.
