I strongly advise thinking twice before even stepping foot into TNT Fireworks Supercenter in East…read moreRidge on McBrien Road. My experience with them today has to be the worst customer service experience I've ever received and this is not the first year there has been an issue directly involving the STORE MANAGER who is anything but what her title suggests. During my visit today, I had taken in my Cart List from the website that included several items totaling over $900. I first proceeded to one of the store associate to inquire about the rewards program as I had been told the prior two years that they were keeping track of those sales for anyone who spent over a certain amount and they would issue rewards on the next years purchase. When the SM came up she has a terrible and rude demeanor form the start as if I was bothering her and she didn't have time for me. She proceeded to interrupt me and talk over me telling me what I was saying wasn't true and that I didn't know what I was talking about. After that I tried to show her my online cart and asked if it would be easier to make the purchase online since everything was in online cart(trying to insinuate that some assistance's s would be nice in gathering my large order). She pointed in one direction and said most of them will be over there, then walked away as I was still trying to talk to her. So, I begin to head towards that direction and as I do one of the associates asked me if she had mentioned some deal. I responded "No, she didn't mention much of anything and seems to be having a bad day". That is when the associate responded "she is military that's just how she is". While in the store any and all questions I had the associates could not answer and wanted to get their SM. Which I quickly advised again. During the time of checkout I noticed a sign that mentioned the Afterpay program that would allow financing options for my purchase and proceeded to inquire about it. So, of course they had to get their SM who got rude with me again as if I was bothering her. Then she walked away while ignoring me. Therefore, I left my buggy and walked out the door. I was completely shocked by my entire experience with the TNT Firework Superstore in East Ridge and I will never be back, nor will I recommend them to anyone. After all this disappointment and stress I was ready to forget buying fireworks this year until we discovered a local spot just off Cummings Hwy in Chattanooga where we met the owner Randy of Coyote's(23174 US-41, Chattanooga, TN 37419) who sells fireworks during the season. Randy was most helpful and friendly being happy to assist us during every purchase and was very knowledgeable with his products and didn't think twice about answering any questions we had which was a pleasant experience considering everything we experienced. I left revealed and most of all happy that I was able to buy and support local from someone who appreciated my business.

The best place to get fireworks in my opinion. They also sell the best fireworks you can get which…read moreis TNT Fireworks. They guarantee no duds. So keep your receipt and bring anything back for a free replacement. I buy nothing but TNT because of this guarantee. I asked associate if they have a "sale" going on and he said they have one every day. The sale is different depending on when you go. One day something might 50 percent off and another day 65 percent off on the same item. I recommend looking at the advertisement or flier before going to save money. Also be sure to talk to an associate that works there for any questions you might have about the fireworks. Such as how one works.

Double-A ball thrives here in the summer, with Tennessee River views and tomorrow's stars inside…read morethe diamond. A cheap seat is a sweet seat at AT&T. With a nearly-perfect location downtown, AT&T capped off "phase 1.5" (my loving description) of downtown Chatt to kick off the new millennium. A few musical-teams later it's thankfully back to Reds ball for the team with a top logo in the minors. Don't spring for those expensive box seats, especially for a day game: you'll bake in that afternoon sun. Just hang out in the upper-deck shade and stay nimble as you move around those general admission seats to avoid the waning shadows. Night games get a little steamy (no not that version, just humidity) thanks to those Scenic City summer temps and the slight error in building the park not shifted slightly to create shade the whole game (oops). Kids will enjoy the accessible players before they're big-time, in-between getting their mini Lookouts batting helmet ice cream treat. Sign me up for one of those and a chance to see Private Seating and General Admission make their trek around the warning track once more. Food is your classic fare and nothing special, but there are plenty of great places to eat downtown before entry or after the game. If you want to save $$ park for free a few blocks away in one of many safe office lots. It's uphill back to your car but you'll be thinking about that extra cash so you'll be happy. Classic summer fun abounds catching some Lookouts baseball.

Add heat from the outside climate and you have hot beer within minutes. - the lines do not move at any normal pace at all. Should have all vendors selling water. Including the beer line or a vending machine for just water. It's hot and standing in line for a bottle of water is crazy when it barely moves. I got my beer fast but had to wait forever for my sons water. Fireworks were beautiful. The game was great. Enjoyed the final home run on the tenth inning for the home team.
