Tamera Driskell is a very skilled clinician, and is adept at providing psychotherapy for a variety…read moreof conditions and situations. Instead of only focusing on the downs and the problems (though she does, of course, help you with those as well), she instead empowers the client to take charge of their lives as she helps them navigate or remove the obstacles that may be holding them back. Using a more open technique that is, to me, more effective than simple cognitive behavioral therapy by itself, Tamara finds themes in the client's statements and stories and then helps them address those issues. Not being a psychologist, it is difficult for me to accurately explain how she does what she does, but as a patient, I can tell you that she is very accepting; not judgmental; honest; observant; funny; compassionate without being sappy; and that she works hard with you and for you. I am seeing definite improvements in my function and how I feel. I do not feel any pressure to schedule more frequently than I feel that I need to, and I really appreciate that. Her office is very comfortable and has ambient lighting and soft music, or you can have your sessions via a secure Tele-health link. She does not file insurance, but you can get reimbursed for sessions by your FSA/HSA, and you can see if your insurance will reimburse you as well as she is a licensed LMHC with a Master's degree. Very easy to schedule appointments via her online site and mobile app, where you can also review and access billing documents and fill out and access any needed forms. Highly recommended.

Devin followed up with a recording of the experience which was highly valuable in processing all the information I received from my subconscious mind. If you are considering this healing modality, I highly recommend signing up with Devin. She's amazing!

Was vacationing from out of state at Navarre Beach when I woke up at dawn one morning (on my…read morebirthday of all days!) with my neck in spasm. I could not turn my head from side to side without a lot of pain, and we were supposed to go on a dolphin cruise that day. I searched for chiropractors in the area that were open early, and could fit me in, and left messages for several. The only one who contacted me back was Dr. Marshall's office. While I still wasn't able to make the dolphin cruise, I got some relief after the visit, and two days later, didn't wake up with pain in my neck. I'm still not 100%, but I've had this issue with my neck over the years and it's never "adjustment = 100% immediate relief" - it always takes a few days. Dr. Marshall advised me to ice my neck to take down the pain and inflammation, and even provided an ice pack so I could start icing on the drive back to our rental. He, and his front office staff, were professional, friendly, and I very much appreciated them accommodating me on such short notice. Bonus: He's a vet along with several other family members. I have several vets in my family, so it was nice to support the business. (p.s. - don't tell him he looks like Fred McGuire [Herman Munster - The Adams Family] - he's heard it many times before! lol Actually, DO tell him, and tell him I told you to do so!).

Michelle knows what she is doing. I went to her for weight loss. I wanted to uncover why I use food…read moreinappropriately. And I did learn some things about myself. My caution is the get-you-to-sign-up line of "diets don't work". I know that. I didn't go to Michelle for a diet. But by Week 3 she wanted me on a diet & exercise program. I can do that myself. I paid her to help me stop failing. Every week she asked me about my diet and exercise. She gave me all the tapes and printed materials. She took me through the program. I am the one who failed. My personal issues were not resolved by hypnosis. I wasted my time & money. It did not work for me.
