I never expected to be able to cook up a big pot of berbere lentils with ingredients from the corner grocery store in Vienna (no offense, Vienna, but last time I was here I didn't find international ingredients quite so easily).
Ignore the review from the weird Scottish lady below. The cashier was very friendly, not at all "nasty." (??) Also he fist-bumps his regular customers. It's a charming neighborhood vibe in there.
Note: next week they're having a big international food, dance, and music festival outside the grocery store. How cool is that? What other groceries do you know that host festivals? Hofer? Aldi? Billa? Nein.
