Only a few minute walk from the nearby metro station, it's easy to access but you can tell that this place is the farthest thing from a tourist trap. It was pretty empty when we went on a rainy weekday morning, and the few other customers were clearly locals stopping in as part of their morning routine.
They have an English menu and the server spoke decent English so thankfully there wasn't any serious language barrier to overcome. The food was good quality, certainly nothing to blow you away, but that's really not what you come to a place like this for. As a tourist you want to experience the food, culture, and daily life of the local residents and this place definitely delivers on that front.
Their prices are quite good, noticeably cheaper than the cafes we visited in the city center. One thing to keep in mind is that they are cash only so come prepared!
