Recently, a few friends and I decided to have a "boys night out" so we decided to stop at Al's. The…read moregirls, bartenders and bouncers were amazingly kind and so polite! My friends and I sat at the stage for a while and eventually I decided to purchase a private dance with one of the girls. I was having a blast until I went to actually pay for the dance. The guy who took my money seemed to have difficulty figuring out the total and to be honest, he was pretty rude, obnoxious and had tons of these ridiculous cranium accessories sticking out of his face (piercings). Eventually, he figured things out and I proceeded to enjoy my time with the nicest young lady. About 10 minutes into my 30 minute dance, the same guy bursts in and yells that we only have a few minutes left. When he realized he was wrong, he left but then came back again way too soon! It was quite annoying. Afterwards, I spoke with a few other patrons and they had a similar experience with this clown. My friends and I will certainly not be coming back if this guy is still working there. He definitely ruined the evening.

The building: 4 The outside of the building makes it seem kind of like a hole-in-the-wall type of location and it fits that description pretty well. The music: 5 I have fairly wide taste in music, as does my friend, so we both separately commented that the music selection was great. The "bar" tender: 5! I apologize if I get the name wrong due to the music being fairly loud, but Nikki was absolutely great. Being visitors and having never been here, she was absolutely fantastic at describing that it was a BYOB but that the cover ($10) took care of 2 non-alcoholic drinks since they don't have any booze. She was just as good looking as the dancers and her welcoming attitude made both of us not so uncomfortable. The Dancers: 4 As a preface, I greatly appreciate women despite looks even though I have preferences just like any other guy. That being said, there was a good mix of girls making for a solid choice despite it being a Wednesday night. I apologize for not remembering the name of the dancer to give me my first private dance but her attitude was absolutely awesome and welcoming. I do remember Vikki, though (unless I'm mixing up the bartender's name with the dancer's). She alone made me want to stay longer and keep spending just because she was gorgeous and generally funny. I only have 1 negative and that was that one of the other dancers was rather "overly-friendly" if you catch my drift. It was a little off-putting and she was rather pushy which I was receptive to but only so far. On top of this, since there were so few visitors while we were there, we only saw a very limited amount of girls actually on the stage with frequent periods of nothing happening. In summary, I would go back in a heartbeat and it's not lost on me that this was just a weekday. Friendly dancers and a decent show although it lagged at times. I'd still recommend it to first timers and especially because it is 18+ for admissions but drinks require you to be 21+ since you bring your own.
