my service today was great, I walked in for an appointment at 2:15, I had to wait unril 2:45 but I didn't mind because it was a 2 person appointment, and the atmosphere was great. The environment is amazing, great management, but there are a few things I'd like this business to take into account with their nail techs. The lack of attention payed was mildly irritating, I understand my tech could have been slightly inexperienced/new, but I had to constantly point things out to her, such as the nail polish that she rubbed off the sides of my nails, glue was left on my pointer finger crusted underneath my nail, didn't use nail clippers when trimming my nails, instead she lazily drilled length off. After my appointment I was also left dry, and had to ask for the nail oil to be brought out, always take care of your clients skin and pay attention to your work, if you have trouble seeing please get glasses. The experience was great, I dunno about my techs lack of attention but the manager/owner seemed amazing! read more

Back for my 3rd fill and repaint. Not my favorite salon but staff are friendly and always fix my nails for free if they chip or break. Salon gets busy fast on Saturday and is more quiet on Sunday afternoon. Be prepared to wait. I always choose the DND color it lasts longer. Pedicures seem to be popular here too. We came at the scheduled time, and my daughter and I were treated wonderfully and promptly.

I came here two weeks ago to get my nails done. They cut all my cuticles and left my bleeding. I came back tonight to get my dip removed and I waited over an hour for something that maybe takes 30 minutes. They aren't great at multitasking and don't give you a wait time. WORST customer service I have ever gotten. I waited almost an hour (I called to make an appointment!!) They said come on in, waited 25 minutes before the water was even turned on for my pedicure. Then the lady spilled water ALL OVER MY SHOES AND SOCKS. I'm so upset .... Leaving in wet shoes in the winter. Just tried to do something nice for myself - will NOT be back. read more

I was ok with manicure o.bre style but i paid for gel on toes and they ne er put toes under led light which means i was charged for gel and just got painted nails. My toe nails are unevenly trimmed. I didn't say anything because it was closing but left message when i got home for following day. I will not be coming back. The gentleman who did my acrylic fill injured my nail with the electronic filing machine repeatedly after I told him it hurt and to stop. He looked at it and said it was fine. 1 day later and my finger hurts when I touch it and has begun to get an infection. I can see where the infection is starting. And then he over charged me for a fill. read more

Waited for over an hour for a pedicure. Made an appointment for 4:30, 2 days prior. Waited thirty minutes another woman comes in and within 30 more she gets started on her pedicure. Hadn't even had the water ran. This is a joke. They had another girl walk in asking for a pedicure and they told her the wait was forty minutes. read more

WILL NOT COME BACK I went to Diva Nails today for the second time, I thought the first time I went was a bad experience like all humans that we are I thought the young guy who did my Pedi maybe was having a bad day, he did a really bad job, color look awful, he hurt a couple of my toe nails a couple of time... today I decided to give it another try and I went in my lunch brake, to my surprise was the same guy, so I decide to stay, this time at least he said Hi so was a good start, he started my Pedi and he hurts me a couple times not even sorry, I was not bleeding so he keeps going, He applied the nail polish leaving a big gap between skin and nail so I ask for him to apply it closer so looks more symmetrical, he acted like he did it but my toe nail color were crazy looking , so I left Diva Nail and went to a different salon to get it fix. I hate to make bad reviews but I'm doing this so ladies avoid the bad experience, really don't this to yourself ... I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK read more

I tried Diva Nails. John. The Most expensive $45 pedicure. Hurt my toes too rough with the clippers on the cuticles and massage was only on the legs. Had to ask to have feet massaged which he went back and semi did. Continued to just focus on tops of feet and very little on bottoms then went back legs. Rapid rubbing and not very relaxing. Painted toe nails then came back put parrafin on wet nails and said I forgot. He did re do the nails without me having to ask. Not the best pedicure for the money. Have had worse, but at least he didnt make my toes bleed or cut my callouses to the point of rawness or bleeding. Originally was going to get a manicure but he forgot (even though I asked for one when I came in and signed the clipboard for one) and I skipped it. He was nice, but slow, not engaged in what he was doing and somewhat rough. Another lady came in 20 minutes after me for pedi and left 20 minutes before me. Not sure I will go back again. Got home and still had parrafin coming off my feet. read more

I read some not so great reviews on Facebook but a few of my friends have been and were happy with their nails. Decided to try for myself and I WILL NOT GO BACK. Pedicure is decent. Acrylic job is mediocre. Paint job is TERRIBLE. Needless to say I'm sitting at a different nail shop and hour after getting my nails done praying for a miracle. read more

This was most likely the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. First I sat in the chair for 30 to 45 minutes just sitting there and then they ask me to move and then she starts be just doing the pedi without even asking me what I would like no talking what so ever and during the pedi she cuts my foot open and after that she still charged me for the service and I was unable to walk for a week needless to say I will not be going back to this salon read more

Worst nail experience I have every had. Will NEVER go back to this place again. I normally go to Alexi Nails down the street (which I understand is owned by the same person) but they were closing early as we arrived and we were told to go to Diva Nails so we did, unfortunately! The only words the lady spoke to me was "what color?" She then brought the complete wrong color and acted put out when I told her that was the wrong color and that she had got the wrong number. She went back and got the right color and then sat a bowl of shallow water and pointed for me to put my hands in. She then ran around in the back for a bit and came back on her cell phone and sat down in front of me making phone calls for quite some time. She did none of the normal things I have experienced with a manicure. She also made 2 of my fingers bleed near the cuticle and just looked at me when I said "OUCH!" The paint job was mediocre at best and after 2 days the paint has already chipped on my thumb. Not to mention the paint is so far away from my cuticles that it looks like they have grown out and need repainted already. COMPLETED AND TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. They took my payment before the manicure was started because they were so focused on closing out the cash register which they seemed to be struggling to do and they were paying more attention to that process than the customers. My daughter was with me and although they did an OK job on her nails they forgot to complete the process and her nails were sticky and I had to ask them to fix it before we left. After they were done I went to wash my hands and all 3 employees were at the cash register and not one of them acknowledged either of us with a thanks you, have a good evening or even a good bye. Terrible customer service and total lack of appreciation for their customers will surely not keep them open to long I will not recommend anyone go to this place. If Diva Nails is owned by the same person at Alexi nails whom I think is awesome I would suggest that he spend a little more time in that location because they could sure use some of his personality and customer service skills. read more
