I am currently living temporarily in the area and have been going to Diva Nails all summer. If you are a regular customer, when you walk in the door your are greeted by your name and if they know you well you are asked how your children are doing. Very friendly and upbeat place. Sonny and Stacey are the owners and Sonny always does my nails, acrylic with gel polish polish. I have always been pleased with his service. My pedicures are done by different people, all friendly and give excellent service. I especially like that the instruments that they use on your feet have been sterilized and come in sealed packages. The only suggestion that I would have is to use the plastic disposals liners for the foot tubs. Most salons now use these. Suggestion: if you are in a hurry, don't go on Friday or Saturday because they are so busy that they do not take appointments. You have to wait your turn in a very small waiting area. They are a very popular salon and if in a hurry go Monday through Thursday and book an appointment like I do. read more

It was probably one of the worst service experiences I have ever had in my life. my sister and I were treated like crap as if we weren't paying for their services and their service wasn't worth the penny I found in the parking lot before hand. The woman that did my nails completely disregarded the very simply French tips that I asked for. She cut my cuticles and then proceeded to superglue the spots she cut in order for them to stop bleeding... I would truly never recommend this place even if it were free. read more

Worst experience ever. I was under the impression that a fill would cost $25 but when I went to pay they couldn't figure out the price and tried to charge me for a full set. They went from $30 to $35 and then settled $40. I obviously paid but was super shocked that they just adjust their prices just like that. She said the reason it went from $25 to $40 was because I asked for a reshape from square to almond but it maybe took him 10 minutes to shape it and if anything they used less product then they would have on my original square shaped nails. Also, the man doing my nails had made a comment to another lady in a different language & she ended up asking me if I wanted an eyebrow wax. I asked why and she said he told her that I wanted one when I never said anything about a wax and then they laughed in my face. I then said oh well I do kind of need one, how much would it be & she said $100 for you. Like wtf. I was graceful though and just laughed it off but the service was terrible. You could even tell that the lady working the front desk was miserable with the way the other workers were. read more

I wish I could put no stars! Horrible service! The people who work there are very rude and do NOT do a good job. Every time I have went, the workers are SO rude and do everything they can to get you out of there as quick as possible.... Not in a good way. The lady tried to get me to leave two times when my nails weren't dry. Finally after going back in there, I got them "fixed" to find them peeling off in two days! The lady put BASE coat on the top of my dip nails. Diva is not the place to go!! Not to mention, one of the workers legit SLAPPED me 3 times on the shoulder/back while I was in my chair because she said I was being too complicated!! I would never never never ever ever refer anyone to go to this place I had went there for the first time in five days my nails were off well falling off, I had to peel them off because they were just not going to stay on I thought I would try a new place I'm gonna stick with Pro nails from now on! That would've never happened there, and when I called to explain my situation the man that answered didn't understand me so I talk to you I'm assuming, his wife. But she talk to me all right for a few Seconds but then when she realize that she had someone that was what she thought was trying to get money out of them or something I don't know LOL she started to get an attitude with me but yeah I would've liked a refund in getting them put back on not money. The Picture on the left is the nails that came from diva nails after five days, the picture on the right the second one, or my nails that got done from ProNails and had stayed on at that time three weeks have gone by and they looked like that on the second picture. I found them to be very minimal when it comes to pedicures. I prefer the whole shebang when I pay good money for a pedicure.

I have been to Diva multiple times... even after I'd said I wouldn't go back. Yes, they know you by your first name, but because they have gotten "comfortable" with you, they lose all of their professionalism. Today, I did get right in, but they didn't even scrub my feet during the pedicure, nor let me soak them for more than 2 minutes. A pedicure is supposed to be relaxing, and I'd like the dead skin taken off.... Then, while doing my nails, the owner (Stacy) and two other women (all with clients) were on Stacy's phone looking at something and then passing around the phone for each of them to e-sign something... while me and the other clients sat there with our nails half done. No regard for anyone's time but their own. Completely unprofessional, and a horrible job. Will not be back, do not recommend. Spent over $100 and am completely dissatisfied. read more

First time here. Use Yelp a lot to find salons as we travel a lot. Was surprised to get right in, even though they were busy. Needed a pedicure, and added a quick manicure as an afterthought. I decided to give them a try because of all the good reviews they had. The lady that did my pedicure did a really good job. After I got my pedicure, sonny was doing my full set. The whole time he was filing my nails he kept talking and trying to be funny. After he was done filing I realized one of my nails was shorter than the rest. His excuse was that it was going to break easily ! I felt like he was rushing also because there was 3 people also waiting to get their nails done. I got so annoyed so I just told him to file my nails the same length and he did so but the shape of my nails were so ugly . I felt like I had duck feet nails. After that I had to sit somewhere else to get my nails painted and the girl that was painting my nails was very rude. Before she painted them she snapped at me and said " you pay me now!" I understand some of them don't know English very well but I was judging by the tone of her voice. It was very demanding and rude. While she was painting my nails, she messed up a little and she started smacking her lips. Never going there again. read more

First visit to Diva Nails was pleasant. The establishment was clean and welcoming. The reason for my visit was a fill-in, my nails look good. My only gripe is the waiting area is small but my wait time wasn't very long. I love the variety of services offered as well as the prices. I love that they offer children services and prices. I have a budding teenager who loves manicures and pedicures. I'm glad I don't have to pay full price for her obsession. I have found my nail salon home. Finally! read more

Not only are the techs unprofessional and unfriendly, they use techniques in their salon that were being performed at least 20 years ago ... not to mention old, outdated equipment. To remove your previous gel or dip, they actually have you soak your nails in a bowl of acetone and move your fingers around on a paper towel that they've placed at the bottom. Unbelievable!!! I was shocked to hear that they were asking customers to do that. Where and when did these people go to school? The tech did an awful job on my nails, they looked good for two days and within a week, 4 had chipped and all but 3 had lifted. Terrible!!! If you've ever gone to a nice quality salon, you will not be satisfied with this place. The sad thing is that they have no idea that they're archaic. I've been having my nails professionally done for over 30 years and this place is the worst! For those who have given this place 5 stars, they've apparently never been to a real nail salon. read more
