When I told her that he was no longer practicing, she said "He was so amazing, I am certain that whomever he entrusted his patients/practice to is equally amazing" and she was absolutely right. In addition to being warm and friendly with an incredible bedside manner, "Dr. Mo" is BRILLIANT! She spent an HOUR with me in my initial consult, asking great questions, explaining the mechanics of the foot and what could be going wrong and talking about possible next steps (pun intended lol). She listened attentively, made sure that I understood what she was explaining and she asked me what my goals were ---sadly, none of those things apply to my previous podiatrist. I've had moments when I've regretted having surgery. But when I left Dr. Rolle's office today, I actually felt optimistic. She is clearly an expert in her field and I know I will be in good hands with her. Thank you!

Every time I visit (initial, follow-up with general treatment, and follow-up with specific treatment) I always get to see and talk to Dr. Schwartz. Appointments don't take too long, however, I'm never rushed, can ask as many questions as I need, and she explains everything is detail. She's extremely thorough and kind (which is a nice touch when you're experiencing pain or discomfort). When I called the office for my MRI results I received a call back from Dr. Schwartz within 5 minutes. I should also note how WONDERFUL the rest of the office is, from the front desk to the nurses. I've only visited the Wisconsin Ave office which is in a large office building with other practices. Parking is $5 for the first hour and I've never needed more than 1 hour.

Unfortunately, I didn't receive a warm welcome from the receptionist nor the doctor. I'm a 77 year old diabetic and immobile. The quality of care was inferior due to insufficient numbing procedure as well as a lack of patience, empathy and insensitivity to my pleads and screams for more numbing due to extreme pain. My cries for help fell on deaf ears. In return, he kept on grinning in my face. I had brought two people with me, my pastor and a geriatric nursing assistant; both stayed in the exam room with me throughout the procedure and was shocked by the doctors behavior. I've never been so horribly treated and subjected to this kind of inhumane experience. He didn't even provide my nursing home facility with any written followup for continuous care to the injured right big toe. Needless to say, I won't ever return to his office again.

I saw wonderful Dr. Asilli for decades and most recently he refurbished my orthotics -- for which I was required to pay up front. Two and a half years later I still receive a bill for the full amount I paid from another doctor in his practice. Whenever I call, the receptionist acknowledges the mixup, politely promises to straighten it out with the billing office and call me back but I never hear from her. The billing office never answers when I try to follow up. My husband, also treated about two years ago by a different doctor, is in a similar endless loop. He had what turned out to be athlete's foot. Regretably, I talked him into seeing Dr. Mizuo, assuring him if he worked with Dr. Asilli he must be good. Dr. Mizuo put him on heavy antibiotics with uncomfortable side effects. They didn't work and he gave him another prescription that turned out to be over-the-counter cream.
