Our firm specializes in consumer bankruptcy, small business bankruptcy, and debtor's rights law. We represent individuals filing for bankruptcy, guiding our clients through the bankruptcy process and helping them receive the best legal outcome possible. We also represent small businesses wishing to file for bankruptcy under Chapter 11 as well as provide legal representation for individuals with mostly non-dischargeable debts (like student loan debts).
