Actual apartment was nice but not worth the price of utilities. Cons- There is no way we should be paying $129 for internet. There was NO option to opt out for other internet of refuse. There was no option to opt out of valet trash. Pet deposit was absurd. When leaving we were charged for not shampooing the carpets. This was an easy review and necessary since many of the positive reviews were blatantly coerced by staff. Prospective tenants should carefully consider the information below before signing a lease. The apartment required additional cleaning upon moving in. I reported this to management, who acknowledged it but no corrective action was ever taken. Construction quality throughout the units appears to be below expectations for the price point. The area has experienced systemic crime issues that are not communicated to residents. In January 2019, 27-year-old Yong Bin Zhang was fatally shot in a garage at this complex - a case that remains unsolved. More recently, car break-ins and thefts have occurred, yet management does not appear to proactively alert other tenants about criminal activity on the property. I encourage others to do their own due diligence on this. The location presents additional challenges: situated directly by train tracks (frequent train horn noise), on a busy street where exiting during weekday afternoons can be difficult, and at a very high-traffic intersection. The pool was unavailable for most of the summer. The gym cleanliness was inconsistent. With limited dumpster capacity for the number of units, waste management becomes challenging. Management sends passive aggressive notices to residents but enforcement and property upkeep (beyond landscaping) were inconsistent during my residency. Notably, there is an $80 monthly amenity fee - ironic considering the poor state of the amenities. Additionally, residents are locked into a single internet provider at $130/month with no alternative options. The sole maintenance technician was responsive and professional - the only competent aspect of operations. The leasing office had significant difficulty handling standard procedures: My move-out was scheduled when the leasing office was closed, preventing me from handing in keys or conducting a joint walk-through. This resulted in $875 in itemized cleaning charges despite leaving the unit in a better state than I found it in after only living here for 3 months. The initial final statement did not include my security deposit and when I identified this error, they were dismissive and did not believe me. Follow-up calls were required before a corrected statement was issued over a month later and was not acknowledged with an apology. I was aware of some issues from other reviews before moving in and accepted them because I only needed a short-term lease. However, I did not anticipate the problems would be this severe. My experience revealed a pattern of accounting errors, communication challenges, lack of transparency regarding safety incidents, and difficulties during the move-out process. The property management approach did not meet reasonable expectations. The Connor Group (parent company) has tenant discussion groups online where residents from multiple properties share similar experiences with management practices. Looking online, there are multiple claims against this company filed on the Ohio Attorney General's website. Stay away. read more

I'm beyond disappointed in this community and we are still not done dealing with them. I would heavily suggest not renting here. We were told many things within a 4 month span and nothing we were told has been what has actually happened. We were told at move-in (before we signed the lease) that we could have our house built and they would re-lease our unit with no issues prior to our lease expiring. We were told that we could have a credit due to us being out of the unit early and that the "manager" would take care of it. We were told other smaller things that I have let go due to the real issue being follow through and turnover with the office staff. Cons: -Management. They Do Not keep their word and have no follow through on communication nor do they respond in a timely manner (if at all). -Entry and Exit (it's off Dublin-Granville and is almost impossible to get in or out of) -Trains-if you have an issue with noise, you will hear them -Apartment Noise-You can hear every little thing (at least you could from our unit and we were in the back of the complex) Residents-At first we had the occasional partier but the last couple months we were there it was every weekend. There were used bottles and cans of alcohol all over our area. We felt bad for the maintenance/trash guy so we went out and picked everything up and disposed of it ourselves. Pros: -maintenance staff is very kind and does a good job I am not hopeful to a good resolution with District at Linworth but will update once we have taken care of final paperwork/charges. read more

I had to hop on here and write a solid review for this complex. The ladies in the front office have been AWESOME with getting me moved in here. I took over my sisters lease for the last few months of her lease and they have been extremely flexible and very cool about making the transition as smooth as it could be for me. I already knew it was a fun environment and the apartments are very nice and well kept from visiting my sister prior to moving in.....but honestly I figured it would be more difficult taking over the lease with the front office paperwork (small business owner) - it was very easy. It seems that the apartment is not being maintained well. I asked to have my cabinets fixed because the veneer is peeling off on almost every door. I have asked five times to have them fixed but was told each time they could/would not do it. On top of that they told me the rent was going to increase $500 dollars unless I sign a contract right away so that my contract would only go up $300. I told them I would not consider signing a new contract if they did not fix my cabinets, give me a new washer and dryer, and keep my rent the same. The response was to show up at my door ask me to sign the new lease and tell me they were not going to fix my cabinets. The big issues: 1-Will not fix expensive items. Asked to have cabinets fixed for four months. 2-The trash is always overflowing. There is only one trash bin which is not sufficient for the complex. 3-There is dog poo everywhere. 4-There is a train that drives by five times a night. 5- The grass has been dying all over and turning into mud. read more

TL;DR - Very poorly built apartments, kids & dogs everywhere, lazy maintenance team, and bad property management CONSTRUCTION QUALITY These apartments are so poorly built that you can hear every single footstep of your neighbors upstairs. You name it, you can hear it from your neighbors. When it was windy, every single one of our windows would whistle because they didn't properly fit into the window frame. The front door let in a massive cold air draft in the winter because the weather stripping was insufficient, and our pipes froze in the winter. The towel racks and shower rods are plastic. The wooden decks and wooden stairwells have no finish, and you can still see writing and price tags from the construction company on where to put the planks. Finally, the railings are made of PLASTIC. When the wind blows, all you hear is the squeaking of plastic railings. $1,400+ per month for apartments made of plastic and wood? No, thanks. NEIGHBORS & NOISE Our upstairs neighbor got a dog with severe separation anxiety. We both worked from home at the time, and all we would hear during the day was the dog upstairs. After months of going back and forth with the front office, nothing was done about this dog. To add insult to injury, our nasty upstairs neighbors let their dog pee on their balcony when it was a puppy. When confronted, they just said they'd "keep an eye on him." Waking up to dog urine on my table was, well, not the best way to welcome my day. They loved to play fetch with their dog inside, which sounded exactly like living beneath a bowling alley. I wish I were exaggerating. When we would knock on the ceiling to tell them to keep it down, they'd aggressively stomp back. Such lovely people. DOGS, KIDS, & BROS Speaking of dogs, this place is crawling with them. Honestly, it's like living in a pet resort. They don't have dog breed or weight restrictions here, so get ready to see some massive, extremely poorly trained dogs off their leashes all over this complex. I can't walk to get my mail without some dog trying to jump on me or my having to avoid dog poop on the sidewalk. The dog owners here are terrible and unapologetic. The property management team does not enforce leash rules. There are many unsupervised kids who scream, yell, and leave their toys all over the common areas. Things get so out of hand on the weekends around here. The pool gets very overcrowded, too many unsupervised guests use the gym, trash cans overflow, and lots of loud music. MANAGEMENT I have never seen a more poorly run complex. We get one monthly email with casual, passive aggressive reminders not to park along the curb where there isn't a parking spot, to pick up after your dogs, not to walk your dog off leash, not to litter, etc. Do they ever enforce these warnings? No. The property management team will take a rake and make a "VC" logo in the sand volleyball court rather than address problems. Everyone in the front office is so painfully fake. MAINTENANCE Finally, maintenance is an absolute joke. You know, there are only two guys who do the maintenance for the entire complex here. TWO. They're understaffed, which is unfortunate, but that doesn't give them an excuse not to do their job. Every time we have had maintenance come out, they put band aids on problems. Sometimes, they're neglectful. For example, when our A/C broke in the summer, it was after hours. You'd think this would qualify as emergency maintenance, right? You guessed it! NOPE. I was told that "we aren't allowed to come out if it's less than 85 degrees outside, and it's not forecast to get above that at all this weekend." Excuse me? I had to rent a hotel room for a night because it was 85 degrees INSIDE the apartment. In sum, I would strongly recommend against living here. If you're a decent human being with any standards for your living arrangements or with any sense of self awareness, you should cross The District at Linworth right off your list. read more

All the reviews of price gouging are accurate. Garage rent up 150%. Pet fees up. New trash fees. Rents skyrocketing at least 20% No new service for all the new fees. My son moved out and took his dogs with him and they refuse to reduce the pet fees for dogs that don't even live here. Renting the clubhouse for a party was a free amenity and now is $300. It just goes on and on. The sign out front that says voted #1 was years ago under the old owner. There were 2 dog parks now there is one with a fence that my dog can walk through. DO NOT MOVE TO THIS COMPLEX!!! AVOID THIS PLACE! When we initially moved here, I loved The District. Then they switched ownership and it has gone COMPLETELY DOWN HILL. The new owners have increased rent. The new owners have upped the pet fees. The new owners now charge a trash fee ALL WHILE THEY ONLY HAVE ONE DUMPSTER IN THE BACK CORNER OF THE COMPLEX THAT YOU MUST WALK YOUR TRASH TO. (Below is a picture of the trash that has looked like this several times since they began charging us a fee for trash. It never looked like this with the old owners. A lot of our neighbors have spoke very poorly about their experiences with the new owners, several left reviews voicing their experiences. I have tried avoiding leaving a review but this place is just flat out awful. We paid rent on the app on February 23rd for March. On March 4th (Friday) they sent us a text letting us know they didn't receive our payment. We replied with screenshots showing that we completed the payment on February 23rd. They didn't text back. We text AGAIN on the 6th, no reply. On the 7th we called and they added $150 fee to our rent and then told us the property manager (Josh) was in a meeting. They told us he'd call after the meeting and he never did. Then on the 8th we called again to see what's going on, they told us Josh would call us back. He never called us. Then on the 9th we called AGAIN and got told Josh would call us back and he's busy. Finally that night, 20 minutes before the office closes, Josh calls us and says he couldn't remove the late fees and asked us to come down and pay rent + late fee before the office closes. So they charged us a $150 late fee after not contacting us until March 5th, having ZERO COMMUNICATION after we contacted them back, and couldn't even receive a call back from the property manager. If we did not continuously reach out to them, nothing would have been fixed. I do not recommend this place to anybody. Our car has been broken into several times in the parking lot. They removed the large dog park and now only have one very small park that's majority covered in concrete. Every single person we personally have met over the years of living here are now all moving out because of their bad experiences with the new owners. NEW MANAGEMENT IS AWFUL. I have lived here for 5 years. It has recently been taken over by The Connor Group of properties and they are quickly ruining this community. Under Vision Communities, we had monthly resident events, a pool party, Volleyball tournament, the place was well taken care of and we were treated like we lived in a resort. Under The Connor Group, all of that has changed. The events have been stopped. The trash is piling up and overflowing despite they are now charging us a $55 trash fee. The pool is green with algae. Rents are all increasing. This community has always looked classy and attracted professional people. Now they're painting the building circus colors and ruining the feel of this place. This has always been a tight community and very welcoming and very dog friendly. The new management is upping pet fees and putting restrictions on breeds and size. Lastly the management here used to be very attentive and approachable and very helpful when we needed things. The new management makes us make an appointment to go talk to them. If I were you, I'd go look at their other properties like the one on sawmill rd and you'll see the direction this place is heading. Don't move in here. read more

Some residents at The District have had their cars broken into recently. I just found someone's wallet strewn all over my backyard and he said his car had been broken into. A year ago, my car was rifled through, but nothing taken. There are also posts on a FB resident site where residents are posting about their cars getting broken into this past month. I used to love this place before the new management took over 2 years ago. We used to have a heated pool open April through October and clean and functioning amenities. Yesterday the office just sent an email threatening to only have the pool open during office hours for all residents rather than find the "problem" (someone had broken glass in the pool) and taking care of it-so take that into consideration if you love coming to the pool and being treated like an adult. The grills used to be clean, there were resident events, and management was there to hear our concerns as tenants prior to this management, so I'm not very happy living here now. I wish I could stiNow I am forced to pay 99 for internet that I used to pay 39 for because you HAVE to sign up for internet through them. (Same speed, same company, same box) they also charge extra for garbage that is not included in the lease. I don't even have valet garbage and pay around 50 bucks a month to throw my stuff in their dumpsters. just a lot of "fees" that aren't necessary. the apartments are nice and roomy. I could hear my neighbor snoring through the walls and other things in the bedroom I didn't want to hear, so beware of that if you like quiet. in addition, the coffee machine doesn't work correctly about 50% of the time I go to use it. if you're coming for the amenities, i hope you have better luck than I did. read more

Make sure you look at your unit before you sign the lease because they gave us a completely different floor plan than what we toured and agreed upon and when we said something about it they said there wasn't anything they could do because they were out of the floor plans we toured. Washer didn't work for the first couple of weeks so they gave us a key to an "empty" unit to do our laundry and when we went to that unit there were other tenants in it. Management is terrible and only wants your money they will do nothing to fix any of your problems. If you have an issue that needs fixed they are very hard to get a hold of, don't answer the phone or they tell you they will fix it then never do. After 6 months of living there they wanted to raise our rent $300 if we renewed, so we said we aren't renewing and they would not stop calling us begging us to renew our lease. We moved into a two bedroom here in September of 2022. The staff has been wonderful and maintenance is immediately responsive to any problems that have arisen. I've seen a lot of older reviews with complaints about the cost of living here and how much that has gone up since new management company took over. The fact of the matter is that this property is right in line with other upscale complexes in this area and in other states. It's what is happening all over the country right now. So to blame this new management company for raising the fees to me has no merit. We really love living here. Would highly recommend. read more

Do not waste your time! Courtney and Joe (property manager) will lie and cheat to get you to sign a lease. One price offered in am, $50 higher in pm. We paid a deposit on Saturday afternoon, roommate paid deposit, both were told (like everywhere else in Columbus), that it would hold the apartment for 72 hours (until the roommate could get there to see it). Then, they sent a lease and said it had to be signed with the application (but the deposit holds the unit for 72 hours?). Less than 48 hours later, Courtney called on Monday afternoon to say that if they didn't sign the lease right then, that she would pull it and the price would go up. (These are 22 year old Veterinary students, from out of state, who are working hard and paying their own way.) I stepped in help. When I spoke to Courtney and told her we were not signing the lease until the roommate could tour the property (scheduled for the next day), and that it had only been 48 of the 72 hours, Courtney literally told me that there were other people showing interest in the same unit,so she would cancel the agreement and rewrite it for a higher monthly rent. She also said that when there is another party/are other parties interested in the same number of bedrooms, THEY INCREASE THE PRICE! Not due to the housing market, not because that is the going rate, but because they could because another party may (or may not) be interested. The definition of price gouging is: "an act or instance of charging customers too high a price for goods or services, especially when demand is high and supplies are limited." The Ohio attorney general website states: Price gouging occurs when a seller increases the prices of goods, services or commodities to a level much higher than is considered reasonable or fair. Such sellers take advantage of consumers. While Ohio does not have a statute that deals directly with price gouging, state law bans "unfair," "deceptive" or "unconscionable" sales practices under O.R.C. 1345.02 and 1345.03, both part of Ohio's Consumer Sales Practices Act. Being a military family, we have lived in many states, rented, and bought/sold homes over the last 2 decades. We have never experienced such deception from a property rental/management team! We considered what they were attempting to do to be unfair, deceptive, and unconscionable! When I asked for the regional manager's contact information, Courtney stated they were an independent entity that handle all of their own business dealings. She told me this as I was looking at the Connor Group's (management company for District at Linworth) web page which clearly stated they employ regional managers to oversee properties. Courtney said she would ask Joe, the property manager to call me. Crickets. (He later claimed he had left voice mails on a different number- not true, they had my and my daughters numbers, had called and texted these numbers. We had 0 missed calls or voicemails from Joe). After several days, I called The Connor Group to contact the regional manager and was given the contact information for Sal Gracia, whom I called and left a message. He passed the request over to Joe. Joe then DID call me and proceeded to ask why I wanted to talk to the regional manager and told me that Sal was not going to speak to me. Wow. Really poor customer service. Here, in a nutshell, is how the District at Linworth failed: Price gouging Misleading information about deposit/application/72 hour hold Poor communication skills with potential clients Dishonesty and obvious lack of training in sales/marketing Failure of upper management to respond to consumer and issues. I encourage you to read other reviews, if you can filter through and find the "true" reviews. Since The Connor Group took over management, it seems this property and its residents have been treated poorly. I honestly wish I never moved here, I wish I got to experience the old owners, they are the reason why I was so ecstatic to move in. They make you pay nearly $60 a month for a "trash fee" just for the trash dumpster to be overfilled and you have to throw your trash on the sidewalk. We've lived here since February, and love it! The apartment itself is well built, and was clean when we moved in. We live on the third floor, and rarely hear noise from our neighbors. On one occasion our neighbors below us must have been playing very loud music, but it stops pretty early. The maintenance and office staff are great, and help in the best way they can. The dog stations are plentiful, and our dog likes playing at the dog park. Compared to our last apartment, this place is amazing. We would highly recommend! read more

Long overdue review. Was considering a move to Columbus (for work) & stumbled upon this apartment complex in Linworth - best possible find ever. The units are gorgeous, thoughtful floor plans & pretty new (less than 4 years old). We were looking for a pretty large unit and fell in love with the "GRAND" - and grand it is. Leasing Professionals - Started communicating with the team back in Oct'17 to check out the proximity to downtown commute and errands (local grocer, gas, quick bite, entertainment, nail salon, etc). The team was helpful with offering a tour of all the amenities, model floor plan and actual floor plan for consideration. The decision to move took much longer than anticipated and I continued to check in via email and each time the leasing professionals were responsive, helpful & attentive. In the meantime (being new to Columbus) we checked out other locations Vision Communities and otherwise. The leasing professionals at other VC property were on par (see that review under separate cover). By January we were sure we moving and stopped in for another tour next steps. At the last minute change in plans in unit size creating another visit (at this point we were on our 3rd tour, easily exchanged at least a dozen emails and the service was unwavering. At this point the reader is thinking we are just plain old annoying - relocation for work to a new city is a big step and requires thoughtful consideration. We wanted to ensure were were making the right call. All that to say the team was overly accommodating and did everything they could to ease our concerns and make the decision to lease with District at Linworth easy. Finally we did sign a lease for a unit smaller than the Grand (long story) & had a few follow up changes that the team again made every effort to accommodate with full enthusiasm, professionalism and sincerity. At this point I probably would have been annoyed with us (moreso me than DH - he was along for the ride). Move-in was seamless and the few minor asks we had were executed immediately and with no fuss or muss. I'm excited to finally be here. Even in the crappy bipolar winter weather the grounds are well kept, people are friendly and the leasing professionals & maintenance staff are courteous, helpful and community minded. We have moved A LOT of the past few years (like 7 times in less than 5 years) & I would say by far this has been the most consistent, seamless & positive experience to date. Looking forward to the warmer weather to meet more neighbors and take our puppy to the onsite dog park (there are TWO!) to make new friends. If you have been passing by the District at Linworth and wondering about it - stop in for a tour and I assure you - you'll fall in love with the efficient crossfit gym, stately club house, comfy couches, Starbucks coffee, movie room (can you smell the popcorn), relaxing reading room/loft, tikki bar, pool & outdoor living space. Stop thinking a/b it and just do it! Shout out to Michelle & Ali for being such a great leasing team. This apartment complex was previously the most well cared for and high quality complex I had ever lived in... I was so happy here, the only drawbacks were the high utility bills and the there was only one dumpster and recycling area on a far edge of the property. Since there is no valet trash you do have to take your trash all the way over there, whether that's waking or by car. But in the grand scheme of things that wasn't a big deal... because thee people who worked for Vision... Mollie, Courtney... they truly cared, they knew us by name, they threw resident events and had a newsletter, they helped when you needed it, and they were on top of things, like keeping common areas very clean (the gym and the pool), collecting trash on a regular schedule and cleaning out dog waste bins and providing doggie poop bags. They have two coffee machines where you can get morning coffee for free, they also asked for feedback, and they listened. I was amazed and felt lucky to live there... I have been here for a year..... The community was thriving and functioned like a well oiled machine when the last management company was in charge (Vision Communities). To the complete disdain of all of us - Recently, the property was acquired by the Connor Group. Listen to the other reviews who mention the Connor Group. Please do not move in here - the new management company is absolutely atrocious. to name a few of their epic failures: -common areas are filthy, never get cleaned anymore. for example, the gym is completely disgusting.. I'm talking dust bunnies, floors are gross, equipment is dirty, TVs and WiFi don't work... windows are dirty and gross, the place is a pigsty. same deal with the pool, they haven't cleaned it properly and let it get super bad - algae, scummy, and trash out, broken chairs, etc. the fire pit area is the same way. the coffee machine has been broken for weeks. these are the major selling points about this place - yet they don't take care of it AT ALL, it's a true shame. They don't appear to care about people reporting this either as it has remained the same. -maintenance requests get ignored or are not handled properly. I had someone replace a broken ice machine who took out all my frozen goods and left them melting on top of the fridge. They also left the old ice maker there melting on my counter, water everywhere and spoiled food when home hours later. I recently had a request in for over a month and they never replied. I went in office, called to follow up, and they claimed they'd handle it but never did. -their website or app for payments is basically non functional unless you figure out how to outsmart it. I'm serious, it just breaks down, crashes or won't let you pay. This is also how you submit the maintenance requests that they claim get lost or go to junk mail. How is it going to your junk mail? This is your own app/website to submit requests? if that's true than why haven't you figured out a better way for us to report issues? I shouldn't have to follow up over and over for a simple repair. -the TRASH. My god.. they never ever have trash pickup at the dumpsters on time. i think someone attached a photo but honestly it's HORRIBLE. Piled up everywhere and disgusting flies and broken bags. Residents are leaving their bags on their doorsteps, nowhere to put the trash in the main area. yet we get charged a $55 trash fee now!!!! And WE have to walk it to the dumpster ourselves which usually is overflowing. -raised prices - yet you cannot even maintain the property... -staff is generally rude and flippant except for Jenny who i do believe means well, but these issues remain. the state of things is embarrassing. -all the Residents are really upset with you guys at the connor group. people talk constantly about it and no one seems to be listening. i will continue to ask for improvements but i do not advise moving in here. i agree with the other reviews from my former neighbors. When Vision Communities owned this place it was amazing! The Connor Group took over and I'm so miserable. I've lived here almost 2 years and I am leaving as soon as I can when my lease is up. I've had a cracked window since October. It was broken by the painters who painted the outside of our apartments- which are now hideous colors. I have emailed. I have told management. It is almost 6 months later and it's still broken. The trash and recycling are constantly overflowing down the sidewalk by the compactor. I have 2 burnt out lightbulbs that I've put in requests to be changed. One was noted by MANAGEMENT themselves when they walked through in December. They called to tell me someone would be over to change it. It's still burnt out. They clearly couldn't care less. My lease is under the former owners, so apparently I'm not even worth their time. Or they're paying new residents for reviews. Those of us who lived here before are fleeing in droves. Can't wait to move to my new place who have already been more helpful, more considerate and more reassuring than anyone here. It's a shame. We lived here for two years during a medical residency and the apartments are fine. Nice, but built very poorly. We routinely paid over $400 for utilities. We could hear everything our neighbors talked about or did. We also had a bunch of issues with a water line that broke in our wall. They had to tear through our walls trying to fix it (after flooding both of our downstairs neighbors for a week or two). There is never anywhere to park and a very high chance that every pair of your shoes will be covered in dog poop. There is also a huge trash issue, our neighbors continually left trash molding and rotting on the doorstep. Probably the worst part about the complex is how we were treated when we left. There was a miscommunication on both ends about having to provide written 60 day notice to vacate. They did nothing to help remedy their end of the mix up or to make things right and fair. Watch out because at the end of the day they are a corporation that doesn't care much for their individual tenants. There are better places to live in C-bus. read more

I would have given The District of Linworth a 5 star review before August 2021. Unfortunately, they sold the district to The Connor Group and it is declining rapidly. My husband and I, along with many other tenants, have not renewed our lease. The District was a fun, strong, and welcoming community with friendly staff, monthly community events, and a general sense of kindness. That all left when the Connor group took over. In its place came poor customer service, nickel and dime fees, SIGNIFICANTLY increased rent, and a clear message that they don't really care about the community - just their own bottom line. I am writing this review from a place of genuine sadness, not anger. It is truly disappointing to see how quickly a beautiful and tight-knit community has declined over a few short months. Do your own research on the Connor group before signing a lease. Their reviews and numerous Facebook pages dedicated to tenants expressing their grievances can speak for themselves. I've lived here for 2 years and love the whole complex. All of the staff are friendly and very helpful. The amenities are top notch. The community is friendly and welcoming. Apartments are clean and have wonderful layouts. Maintenance is quick to follow up on your requests and are very trustworthy! read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The Conner group management is terrible. All the bad reviews you are seeing are very accurate and true. They charge you bullshit fees every month. They are very rude. They painted the apartments these ugly colors and just makes it look like a circus. They do not listen to tenants because none of us wanted the buildings painted and they went ahead and did it anyway. The trash fee is super stupid, we have to pay $50 a month just for trash to be pilled up and all over the sidewalk so I am not understanding what we are paying for to have our complex look like a dump. They are very inconsiderate. I was super excited to move here, then management got changed the week I had to sign my lease, I was very disappointment in the new rules, and fees added to my leases. It was too late for me to find elsewhere to live so I had to move here. I am fed up. One last things, THERE ARE BUGS EVERYWHERE! They have an extermination crew come in every Thursday to spare the apartments! WHY IS IT THAT BAD THAT YOU HAVE TO HAVE REOCCURING EXTERMINATORS EVERY WEEK. Just trifling. read more

Absolutely frustrated with our experience. Management never does anything to help situations. The trash is always over flowing. This happen multiple times last year and the mowers go over the cans and my dog rolled on it and cut him on his side. He had to get five staples. You would think the office would watch the trash more on weekend since this happened but even today they are overflowing from last night. So dog friendly but the poop stations are always overflowing and bags everywhere. New maintenance team is horrible, lazy and rude. Our gyms are closed, but the lights are on every night... tired of paying for nothing. read more

One of the most beautiful complexes I've ever seen. The condos are brand new with huge rooms, closets, & bathrooms all with updated appliances and fixtures. But the best part are the amenities here. They have a gorgeous pool & crossfit style gym with free yoga & crossfit classes offered every week! Then if that's not enough to keep you having fun where you live there is a volleyball and bocce ball court right in the center of it all! Truly a special place to live! read more

Avoid! You can't even view the apartment without them running a credit check! They will not let you view a model, unless you give them a driver's license. Avoid the District! read more

I can't believe that "luxury" apartments would have such a tacky paint scheme. Looks like something that belongs on the east side of Columbus. Better like train horns at all hours, too. read more
