After check out: attention VIB insiders. Your app membership code won't work here. They want a number. The first time I made line they asked for the app. Once, I was able to download the app. I went in line a second time. I showed the cashier my barcode on the app. She didn't know what it was. The lady with the glasses just snapped at me and said, " you are different than us. We don't accept it. Different system." She was so rude. She could have told me the first time that the app was unacceptable. The only reason I came to this location is to introduce my aunt to Sephora. I've been a Sephora VIB for years.
