I walked in the shop as a walk in. Normally You need to book an appointment ahead of time. One of the barbers went to the back office, and Jeff came out. Luckily Jeff was available and fit me in for a haircut. Jeff did an excellent job and gave me a fade haircut exactly as I requested. We had a nice conversation about the barber business and different hair styles. In passing, I mentioned my service in the U.S. Marine Corps. Kindly, as I was cashing out, he applied a discount for serving in the Armed Forces. I will definitely return in the future. read more

I would consider the pricing to be in the mid range for a men's haircut, but the quality is of one of a high prices hair cut. This has been the cleanest and safest barber shop I have been to during the pandemic for sure. They have proper spacing in between the seats, they scheduled appointments the proper amount of time so the waiting room is not occupied and the space is very large so everyone is spread apart. I've had a haircut from all three barbers in this location so far and you literally can't go wrong because they're all very high quality barbers. Sure you can get a cut at supercuts or another chain barber shop for slightly less than $20, but they won't know how to do a perfect fade on the side or make your wife ask where you got your hair cut. Overall, I have had great experiences here and will continue to go here when the pandemic clears up as well. Not a barber shop for an older guy. Very young haircuts with appointments only. No walk-ins. Haircuts were good but not outstanding.

Went here 3 times specifying I was trying to grow my beard out and 3 times it go chopped down because they needed to tighten it up, it made me question is there no way to take weight off the sides and tighten that part up while maintaining the length in he chin and jaw area? I see plenty of barbers have no issue doing just reg maintenance while a beard grows out line ups, clean mustache up, dead ends or hairs not out of place etc. Super friendly and respectful here, but will not be going back as my beard was cut all the way down to where now I can't even use a comb, but am back to the brush and will need to regrow it out without touching it again when all I wanted was maintenance and simple tidying as it grows out and looking full. Also the chin part was rounded out when it should have been more squared off in line with the jaw, even my wife's jaw dropped and was super upset. Back to square one, but buyer beware, you want a simple haircut then its your place for sure, but anything extra I would go elsewhere, always listen to the customer and the goal they had in mind or what they want rather than what you want. read more

Outstanding. I Rojas a haircut in Quincy the day before and it was a lop-sided low and tight when I wanted a high and tight. So after showering in the morning I knew I had to find a barbershop that could fix the horrible job... and I landed upon Distinguished Barber Co where I was greeted by Pedro the owner. Vary clean facility. TV on. Music going. Plenty of reading materials. Plenty of waiting area chairs. Very nice team. They fixed my butchered haircut...in minutes. Wonderful job. Great prices. It's expensive for a haircut here unless you're a first responder then you get it for a good price. Almost like you're going to be punished if you're not a cop or affiliated with the military. You can Jack up the price all you want but I'm not raising my tip. Secondly, Jeff has the personality of a wet mop. Goes through the whole haircut and doesn't speak a word to you. You're his client and he will talk to all his coworkers and completely ignore you. Then at check out give a fake smile. I don't know what the problem is with this guy but part of the business is customer service. Knowing how to cut hair is part of it yes. But if you can't speak to the guy who's gonna pay - and tip you, you make the guy feel like he's bothering you and it's an inconvenience. Also you schedule your appointment time for a reason. If you need a lunch break schedule that into your day. Clients shouldn't have to wait for you to eat for the first half of their appointment time as we have to get back to work and keep our appointments. read more

I have been in Weymouth for a few years and have finally found the BEST barbershop in the area. Very prompt scheduling and timing, while giving much attention to detail and taking their time on cuts. Pedro is a great barber, the cut was PERFECT. Great fades and blends and styling on top, all finished with a perfect beck shave and line up. Prices are way better than most local shops. Have had my haircut here over 5 times. I really like this place- great group of barbers, particularly Pedro, who take time to listen to what you want and give you the attention your cut needs. I've gone for faded, undercuts, beard trims, and side fade trims and I've never walked away unhappy. Prices are pretty standard for the area. I've been to a different Barber Shop almost every month for about the last 2 years. Immediately upon walking in I knew I found my home barber. The place is incredibly clean. There was 2 boarders working when I was there. I got the privilege to be taken care of by Pedro, the owner/master barber. And his skills proved his title! I can't remember the last time i received the attention to detail he provided. And the hot shaving cream and straight razor at the end sealed the deal. Best barber this side of Worcester. My husband and I decided to come here to give our son a haircut. The place is very clean and modern. There was a big sitting area with a couch and many chairs including a big screen tv and magazines on the table to entertain you while you are waiting. There was a couple of people who were waiting. When it was our turn, instead of rushing - Pedro gave us all of his attention and took his time on our son. Cutting a 6 months old hair's not quite easy but he was very patient and you can obviously see his cutting skills by how quick and efficient he was. He was very talkative and outgoing and made the experience that much better for us being that we were nervous for our so 's first cut. We will definitely be returning! This is a modern barber shop with a big tv and good music. Good for kids and adults the same. Real clean, cool atmosphere, and good barbers with attention to detail at prices that are surprisingly low for this type of barber in the area. I was a loyal Bostonian customer until I found out that one of the guys from that shop left to open his own. It's more convenient to me with a much shorter wait time. Tuesday to Saturday is walk ins and Monday is appointment only. Side note, the straight razor finish with a hot lather is really a must for me now. Can't recommend this place enough. I recently called and spoke to Pedro the owner to schedule an appointment and he booked me with Jeff. I've been to the shop several times in the past and with other barbers; however I hadn't been in for sometime after taking a job in downtown Boston. I always have had a great experience but changed to a Boston shop for convenience. It was great to go back and after the haircut I got from Jeff, I was ecstatic I did. Jeff by far gave me one of the best thorough haircuts I've had in a very long time. With little explanation and a picture of what I was hoping to get close to he executed it perfectly. He took his time and truly knew what he was doing. I'm satisfied with a cut if I can work with it after. My hair isn't what it used to be so it isn't always forgiving. I always use some sort of product in my hair but the true test of a great cut is I don't have to. This is one of those cuts. First time at this barber shop. First impression walking in was how nice the shop looked very well maintain and clean. Definetly owned by someone who seems too really care about their buisness. I was brought over to the barber chair instantly. Mike was my barber and he did a phenomenal job. Very attentive to my hair needs. Didn't rush the cut he took his time . You could tell he had passion for his job by the details and time he put into the cut. He is also very personable. Half the battle of going to a barber is having a barber that you can talk too.
