Televisa San Angel creates original content and broadcasts across 4 stations in Mexico. The sports sets were really cool, but not as phenomenal as the round blue tube, spaceship-looking control centers where you can see all 4 networks live broadcasts.
I must have hit this at just the proper time as it was similar to CNN New York where the talking heads were doing their gigs. Camera's, mostly operated by humans v robots moved around, guys hit slider bars on large sound decks and lighting seemed magical. I was only able to watch for about 10-15 minutes as we had business meetings in the offices.
The offices are not as fancy as the sets--typical of someone such as Turner in Atlanta. The campus is very clean and there's even a place to grab a cappuccino.
There's a lot of security and you should expect to wait in a tiny lobby prior to entry. Once inside, it feels like a smaller version of the Fox lots in Century City.
Cool place and I hope to return and take a larger tour.
