This is the BEST vape shop around. I won't shop anywhere else…read more I've been to all of the local Vape shops and they all have pre-packaged eliquid that tastes horrible. You can't try before you buy and they don't seem to know about the products they are selling. Not here! Cloud Chasers custom blends your eliquid EVERY time and you can TRY any of the flavors before you buy anything. The nicotine levels are also custom instead of only being able to choose 0, 6, 12 etc., making it possible to ease down to 0 nicotine, no matter what flavor you choose. Their prices are the best around as well. As for customer service, theirs is second to none! Knowledgeable, friendly staff that is willing to bend over backwards to make their customers happy. You can also order their eliquid online at vaporchasersvapor.com and they process and ship their online orders quickly and correctly. The only downside is you miss out on the great experience you get shopping in the store.

This is the second time I've witnessed a customer being rude to an employee here. Misty, Sam, and Krystal have always been extremely helpful and kind. This is a lovely shop, and the staff make it so welcoming that sometimes I stop in just to say hello. Reviews don't always tell the whole story, especially when customers leave out how they treated the staff. These employees deserve respect. Do better as a customer.

The only thing I'd hope to see in the future is more juice variety and a better rewards program. You have to get 19 punches (like if you had a punch card but theirs is online) in order to get a 20% discount or 75ml juice. My two favorite juices they have: Heisenberg and Watermelony. Both I highly recommend. *Edit: also try the flavor called ONE.
