Unfortunately the showroom is by appointment only, however once I called I was scheduled for a showing right away. The sales staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Wow, the store wasn't even on Yelp, I had to add it, luckily I had the information on my receipt…read more I just left the store, and I wish more people would do business like the 2 guys at this location and this store. They were always very nice but they also worked to get me exactly what I wanted at my price. It was a toss up between 2 beds, and then my sister tried a bed and I heard her say, "owww" so naturally I wanted to try it, John took me to beds he thought I would like the most and I really appreciated that they didn't have an ounce of pressure, they just kept wanting to make sure I was getting a really soft bed, I find that I always have to accomodate my derrier. So when I tried the bed my sister liked (a lot) I too had the OMG affect, now I was in trouble because it was out of my price point but my butt was loving it, so Tom told me that he could give me the dreamy bed for _____ and voila, I could definitely swing that, they were so kind and accomodating and I would highly recommend going and talking to them. I was skiddish going in because my sister had just had a bad experience at BTB where she bought a very expensive mattress that gave her back issues and they would only trade for a bed of greater value, her mediocre bed cost her $4500 and even though she ended finding a better bed for less, she couldn't trade down, she said she was stuck. Thanks you guys great doing business with you and this bed is like a cloud so I know I am going to love it! tosh and Sam

The first time, they parked the truck directly in front of my driveway & garage completely blocking me in. When I asked the driver to move the truck, he refused and became extremely combative. He started screaming at me, calling me names, and told me it was none of my business. Not being able to leave my own garage isn't my business? Interesting. I had to call the store manager and threaten to call the police before the truck was moved, so I could exit my own garage. The store manager said he would talk to the driver and call me back the next day...he didn't. I also called the corporate office and was told someone would call me back...no one did. The second delivery, the driver parked directly across from a parked car and completely blocked the road from any access. He could have pulled up a few feet to allow room for vehicles to pass around, but he didn't. Aside from residents not being able to use the road, no emergency vehicles could get through if needed. They could unload the items quickly then move the truck out of the way, but instead they leave the truck in the way while they're inside setting up items. They are very rude and hostile when asked to move the truck out of the way. It seems like the drivers don't want to walk a few extra feet and lack common sense and respect for others. I would recommend against using this company. If they hire people like this, what does that say about their standards?
