They have a huge selection of wine and spirits (hence the name) and beer. What I like about this store is the staff is always willing to help find something or even offer their opinion if they are familiar with each item. On the last Thursday of the month (at least before March 2020), they would have a wine tasting where you pay a small fee for a cup and you can sample a bunch of wines. It's easy to shop for sale items and clearance items by the different color tags. I grew up shopping for sale items and am always looking for a good deal. They also have their higher end items in separate display cases so if you're looking for an expensive gift or indulgence, you can easily find that too. They have chilled items too so if you need something for the ride home, they got you covered. Some popular items sell out, but that's not ABC's fault. If something is popular, it's hard to find anywhere. If you need a stogie, they got you covered with their walk in humidor. If you're coming here for the salami and cheese selection, look around at some of the alcohol they have for purchase. Good sized store and selection for the Avalon Park area.

had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience at EZ Liquor. I purchased a product that…read moreturned out to be defective, and when I tried to reach out to the store for assistance, I was met with hostility and a complete lack of accountability. The staff refused to accept any responsibility for selling a faulty product and instead became defensive and rude. When I contacted the owner directly to discuss the issue, his response was even worse--he was not only dismissive but also outright rude and ignorant, showing no interest in resolving the situation. It's alarming that a business would treat customers so poorly, especially when they're the ones at fault. The lack of care or concern for customer satisfaction is beyond unacceptable. The experience left me feeling disrespected, and it was clear to me that this business has no genuine interest in maintaining good relationships with its customers. I am also deeply concerned by the way they seem to treat certain customers differently. It's troubling to feel that the business does not care for all people, and I cannot overlook the blatant disregard for fairness and respect. What made this even worse is that, despite having a legitimate issue, EZ Liquor refused to take any action to rectify the situation. Instead of offering a solution or even a simple apology, I was met with more defensiveness and rude comments. Their customer service is non-existent, and it's clear they are more interested in taking people's money than providing quality products or services. Given my terrible experience, I also checked their BBB rating, which seems to reflect a pattern of unsatisfactory service and unresolved complaints. It's evident that they don't prioritize accountability or addressing issues with their customers. I'm extremely disappointed by how this situation was handled and will not be returning to this store. I strongly recommend that anyone considering EZ Liquor be aware of the potential risks--poor quality products, horrible customer service, and an overall lack of professionalism. This is not a business that values its customers, and I urge others to take their business elsewhere. My experience was a clear reflection of how little they care about providing a positive and respectful customer experience.

They had a lot of whiskeys and mezcals I hadn't seen at other ABC stores. Sure, you can go to a "local" store and support small businesses by paying 2-5x more than the "list" price. I may make this part of my normal rotation when on a liquor run. If you're keeping track, it's Total Wine (E Colonial and Altamonte), Costco in Altamonte, Big C on University, Pat's near UCF, and "occasionally" the Total Wine in Melbourne (It's in a different market, so sometimes they get different stuff). I'm open to other suggestions for a good liquor store.

An absolutely GREAT hidden gem not far from my house with nearly all of my favorite things to buy…read more I'd been driving a lot farther to visit some big box stores, and it being Florida, tourist prices are nearly everywhere. You just can't avoid them. Made worse by the fact that nearly all the highly sought after brands I want to buy are usually marked up to secondary prices and unreasonably expensive compared to MSRP. There are a lot of big spenders that will pay $90 for a $23 bottle, and they make it harder for people like me that will not and have to bargain shop. At a big box liquor store? No thanks. Take your greed to Georgia or somewhere else. Enter Knightly. I walked in, and within thirty seconds, the manager let me know he knew his craft. He asked what I normally drank, made several comparisons and suggestions, and generally made sure that they had everything I wanted. Being closer to my house, local, and not a chain REALLY made it easy to shop here. I like to support smaller stores, cultivate relationships, and help people that help me. I will be visiting often from now on.

One of the reasons I prefer this place to others is the pure convenience of it's location. It's located right next to a Publix, so it's kind of a one stop shop for me. The hours are pretty convenient too. I've never not been able to get in and out quickly. As long as they continue to carry the things I like and am looking for, I will continue to stop in and purchase from them.

I was super excited at their Mezcal choices and ended up buying some of that too after the woman working gave me a sample of one of them. It was pretty smooth tasting Mezcal that was easy to drink on its own. They also have all the staples and prices are competitive or better than what I've seen at some of the other hole-in-the-wall places which jack up the prices for some reason. I kinda miss Pennsylvania where the prices are regulated. I'll be sure to stop in here more often as the entrance is in the same parking lot as Publix which is my hometown store. For me, the prices and staff make this a 5-star stop for me.

They had a lack of "Specialty" items in their locked cases (which are hidden throughout the store). The one locked case had things I usually find on the shelves at other ABC stores, so there's nothing special about them. The store also seemed small and disorganized as I was weaving in and out of things walking around. I probably won't return to this store.
