The quarter machine's been broke the…read morelast couple weeks so I had the pleasure of asking the same cashier Jan must have been talking about for rolls of quarters. She acted visibly upset at me when she had to get up even though we were the only two people in the laundromat. I watched her get extra upset at an immigrant who asked for quarters a couple weeks before that, too. I saw that as punching down since the customer clearly struggled with English and it's obviously a pattern with this cashier because she started bragging to me about how she brings her own quarters Thankfully I had the vocabulary to provide perspective but she will remain incredibly standoffish with you if you can't speak her language. More washers and dryers are breaking down everyday as well, so nothing new there. Rude cashier and inoperable washers aside, the atmosphere is great. It's got a really nice view out the front window, shaded parking spots, plenty of seats. The cashiers work hard to help get your laundry done and even offer laundry drop offs. I'm not really qualified to speak on price since this is the only laundromat I've been to but I usually spend 25-30 bucks there for 6 washer loads. 3 bucks for a wash and 1.50 for a dry. I consider the price well worth it for a quiet place to do laundry. I hope things turn around for you guys, Koehler's.
