Wow, absolutely awful manners and customer service. Just got off the phone with this practice. Mrs…read more Drinkwater gave me a call back to my voicemail and seemed irate from the start. I asked her a few questions about trademark and classes and having a website and she was quick to cut me off mid question every single time. Even when she asked me a question in return and I gave a response she would cut me off. At the end of our THREE MINUTE conversation, I asked a question about the business aspect of the trademark to which she curtly, slowly, and condescendingly replied; "You called me to ask about trademark and I have answered that for you. Now you want me to answer a business question to which you would have to be my client and then we could discuss these things." Thanks for the obvious statement. I have worked with MANY different lawyers in my line of business and this one's attitude, lack of class or ability to kindly suggest I was going off subject, and impatience in just a THREE minute entire conversation didn't work for me. Would have been happy to be her client but NO THANK YOU. I let her know she didn't have to talk to me like I was a moron and hung up. Respect and kindness goes a long way these days. On the other hand, the NY trademark lawyer I called has called me twice now and we had a wonderful conversation. Best of luck to you Drinkwater!

At least I had the good sense to know we did need a lawyer and they recommended Drinkwater. I'm not sure how many people sing the praises for their lawyer but I definitely do! Kerry Eaton has helped us with the following (possibly more I may be forgetting): trademarks, review of all contracts/leases/important documents, formation, maintenance and management of entities (corporations & LLC's), employement law consult, acquisition and disposal consult, real estate matters, resident agent and since she is also a CPA she can view things from that angle as well. My questions and needs always get taken care of very fast and thorough. All of the staff is friendly, communicative and competent. I appreciate not having to remember or think about everything - if something needs attention, they let me know and have all the forms and paperwork prepared, ready for me to review and sign. Whenever I'm talking to new business people, this is usually one expense they'd like to skip. Not smart. Lawyers are not cheap, this is true, but if protection and compliance is your goal, this should not be something you DIY.

They definitely do their best to get you what you deserve for your accident, & charge very reasonable fees for all the professionalism you get, they are all talented specialists in different areas of the law, & the litigation process, & that alone gave me peace of mind, my case is almost finished as we speak & they got a better outcome than I ever expected, & will be recommending them to ANYONE/EVERYONE who's inconvenienced from an accident or injury, you can end your internet search here, you won't find a better or more competent team!

This law office of Steven J Klearman did an amazing job from start to finish with a vehicle…read moreaccident I was unfortunately involved in last year. Laura is the BEST! If you're looking on here for reviews to find an attorney if you've been injured or in an accident- the search is over because you've found the place! I sent a message via Yelp after I was in a car accident because I wasn't at fault and wanted to make sure I had a good experience getting this handled. Laura literally handled it all for me without any hassle on my end. Trust me- you don't want to deal with insurance companies on your own! It's a headache and you'll get some level of anxiety with the run around. Unfortunately this is the most common method they use to wear you down so they can pay as less as possible for their bottom line. This goes towards the repairs too! Which was the most important to me! I had just purchased a $52k Toyota 4Runner and I wanted to avoid any "skimping" when it came to the insurance approving certain repairs. Laura is so kind and wonderful, she took care of it and I was so grateful to her. Her work ethic is incredible. Greg is the guy that comes in towards the end and handles his part of the deal. He's great too! I spoke with him and met him in person as well. From what I learned, He used to work for a big name insurance company doing claims for many years. So he's basically got expertise on both ends! Those years of knowledge are definitely a perk for clients to this firm. I didn't meet Steven since the case was settled without going to court (which was great!) and I just didn't cross paths with him when I dropped by a couple times. He's of course, the reason for the name on the wall and he steps in when things need to be taken to next level. I'm sure he's a solid guy based on my whole experience. I know it takes a "team" but I just want to say that Laura is the real MVP here! This firm has more than fair fees. There was actually a few times Laura helped me with making sure the repairs with insurance adjuster were done 100% to my requests that I thought the attorney fees weren't enough for the help I was getting in return. Ha! And trust me- I would've paid more for this quality of service! But don't worry, you'll get incredible service for a very fair fee. They were able to get me a settlement beyond what I expected. Which if you do the math and use common knowledge of how these claims turn out- If you don't have an attorney you'll get probably a quarter of that settlement and not to mention stress and grief. So, even with a "fee" you're actually still ahead. More importantly, their level of experience and knowledge in this field surpasses an exceptional level of quality. Perks on all ways you look at it! All of that with being humbled and relatable people. Nobody is stuffy in this office. Everyone is down to earth and professional. All in all, You'll be satisfied with the end result. I researched all of the popular well known law firms in the area and I truly believe this was and is the best choice. Being in an accident is stressful and you want this office to be representing you! Also, don't wait to get an attorney. Hire them right away and stay on top of what you need to do on your end. Ie. Get medical treatment if necessary and keep up on it. Be organized and bring everything they might need with you to your first appointment. Since then, I've caught some of the commercials for other local attorneys on TV and I'm so happy I searched on Yelp first! There are plenty of positive reviews by real clients and I can vouch it's true! They're the BEST! Thank you Steve J Klearman and associates!
