I loved how many vacuum stations they had and the extras they offered such as towels, glass cleaner and all purpose cleaner. I also noticed a call button which I find useful in cases such as no towels or accidentally vacuuming something. The vacuums worked great as well which I definitely appreciate. The lack of a star is due to the back of my van still being dirty. Around the logo, license plate and back of my window of my Toyota sienna was still very dirty. I don't think my car was so dirty that it couldn't be cleaned as it was just as dirty all around the car, I believe the equipment just didn't get to those spots as well as everywhere else. Besides that, shiny shell seems to know how to tend to their customers in a convenient and friendly manner.

First, they offer great deals on their monthly memberships and also single wash options. They even have a 4pm-6pm $5 car wash happy hour which no else does. Second, the wash quality is better than other washes in my opinion. Usually the dryers at the end of these car washes dent or push in the roof of my car but shiny shells does not and their washers get in some of the nooks and crannies that other washes do not. Third, they have free car mat cleaner, they only car wash that I know of that does this, they have free soda for patrons, free water sprayer inside so your kids can spray passing cars and they also have a playground area. I'm telling you that this is THE place when it comes to car washes and they have my loyalty for life because of their standards.

I love being able to get the car towel dried immediately upon existing the wash and having someone vacuum and clean my car out for me while I grab a drink or a bite to eat. Extremely convenient and great value. That said, I wish this Freddy's location were better. The staff here is nice enough, I have no complaints there. It's just that this location is not what I've come to expect from Freddy's. I used to use Freddy's all the time in Las Vegas where the chain originated (even worked there for a brief stint). I loved the service and how quick and thorough the interior cleaning was there no matter which location I went to. This location is just not the same. The primary problem is that it is chronically understaffed. When you get your interior done, there's typically only 1 person working on it whereas in Vegas you have generally 4-5 people per car. The quality here is just really hit or miss, which is a shame. The wait times are also way too long. Expect to wait 20-25 minutes even if you're the only person in line. Another gripe I have is that the Vegas locations usually put a protectant coat over the interior (I think it's something similar to VRP by Chemical Guys) as a finishing touch. I've never gotten that at this location, and if I have, it was so sparingly used that I couldn't tell it was done. Lastly, I was told that my membership would also work at the Vegas locations. It does not. Probably irrelevant for most people but I frequently travel to Vegas as I have family there.

In October, I took my 2024 Subaru Outback in for its first interior detail because I wanted it cleaned up for a road trip with my husband and sister. Immediately after picking up my vehicle, my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. My car could not properly shift into park or drive, and multiple warning systems were malfunctioning. I contacted Fabulous Freddy's right away and was told to report it to management. What followed was over a month of back-and-forth trying to get the issue resolved while being without my car and still managing a full-time job and daily responsibilities. When Subaru inspected the vehicle, I was told it appeared the center console had been heavily saturated with water, to the point that the vehicle's computer system was damaged. Prior to the detail, the car had been functioning completely fine. While I did purchase the car used, I had driven it regularly and taken it through car washes many times without a single issue. What was especially frustrating was the lack of accountability. I was ultimately only reimbursed for part of the repair costs, despite the damage occurring immediately after the detailing service. At a certain point, I felt pressured to accept the partial reimbursement simply because I could not continue going without a vehicle. At the same time, I believed I had accidentally left my wallet in the car during the detail appointment. I contacted Fabulous Freddy's shortly after and was told they did not have it. After searching everywhere and assuming it was gone for good, I was unexpectedly contacted 7 months later by a newly hired employee who told me they had found my wallet. When I picked it up, the cash that had been inside was missing. This entire experience has honestly been incredibly disheartening. What should have been a simple car detail turned into a month without transportation, expensive repair issues, ongoing stress, and now a wallet that was apparently sitting there for months with missing cash inside. This has been, without question, the worst experience I have ever had with a service business.

For those who are like me and like to put a human touch to the wash, this car wash has 3 self wash bays complete with a pressure washer and a foam brush. Whats super nice about this is it takes card (gone are the days of needing quarters!). Just swipe your card and youre off! When you're done, you press the time button and it stops the time and charges your card based on how long you were running. Personally, I just put cash in so it doesnt overcharge my card. 10$ gets me 20 mins of wash time. There is a beeper too to let you know when your time has almost run out. Ive found 20 mins is enough for me to wash my truck. Im sure if youre fast, you can do your wash for less. Overall, pretty convenient spot to wash your car on your own or take it through the machine. Pretty affordable as well. Also wanted to add that there is a dog wash room with 2 wash stations so you can clean up your furry ones.

To be honest, I bought a single car wash for 21.99 but should have just paid for the basic one and prob still got the same outcome on my vehicle. My tires were not as clean as I would have liked. They were just ok. Not exactly "shine". There was still some residue on the back part of our SUV. BUT .....MY MAJOR GRIPE WITH QUICK QUACK IS THIS: I went to the free carwash when they first opened. Of course they had a promo going on for the unlimited. I got suckered into it because they say "cancel anytime" so in my head I can try it for the month at promo price. I even set my phone calendar to call a day or two before my month was up. They told me when I bought this-- come in or call the customer service # to cancel -- ANYTIME! At least try it for a month! That's where they get you. Because if you look on their site under Terms of Agreement-- it says we must cancel AT LEAST 10 DAYS PRIOR TO RENEWAL DATE. When I pointed out to customer service on the phone that this was not pointed out to me when I purchased, they simply said "they should have told you that". It was a big headache, talking to a manager and just finally getting my cancellation and getting my refund for the month that was already charged even tho it was 1-2 Days before my month expired. Ok let's go now to today's visit. It snowed 2days ago and we needed a wash badly. I told my husband I didn't care and he pulled into QQ. As we were waiting he pulls up the website and I recall the big headache with the membership -- I look under "Terms"again and I notice there is a "Day pass" option for memberships. Oh maybe that is new?!?! It explains you can chose a stop day and it won't auto renew! Ok maybe that is good because the single car wash we were about to chose was 21.99. And they posted a promo for 21.99 - unlimited a month for the basic. So we try to tell the cashier who approached the car. I point this out on website cuz she's never heard of it. She tries to explain we can "cancel anytime"(here we go again). Then she checks on her tablet and sure enough there is that option! "Omg I did not know that!" -- and there are options for 30 day/ 60day, etc. but guess what?!?? When u chose the "Day Pass" Option the promo price is $10 MORE! It's only the 21.99 If you chose automatic renewal! Ha! Surprise, surprise. So I decided to finally Yelp This place. (I never did Yelp back when that membership stuff happened to me)! Just wanted to warn people. (See my pix below) You are welcome Quick Quackers.
