Went to Direct Tire to have a CV joint replaced, and asked them to check out the four-wheel drive on my F150 while they were at it, since it was not working well. Turned out I needed a lot of repairs, and a lot of parts. No surprise there, it's about what I expected. I could have done the repairs myself, but it's winter, and I don't have a heated garage, so I figured I'd let Direct Tire handle it. I'm not stupid, so I researched the cost of parts and labor before going to Direct Tire. Long story short, they got me the best possible deal on parts, and the labor cost was pretty low. They also agreed to wait around a bit after closing time since the repairs were done close to the end of the day and I was relying on a taxi to get me there to pick up my truck. Garbage. Pathetic experience. Purchased tires on warranty and they got damaged by a pothole or other road hazard and cannot be repairable; when approached them, the response was very disappointing. I wonot recommend them to anyone. My sincere suggestion is to buy tires or other equipments from a decent and big store chains such as CT who takes care their customers. read more

Please be very aware. These guys sell tires imported from China. The tires are known to have structural defects such as flat spots. The tires are not safe and the staff will will try and convince you that your vehicle has problems. If you bought tires from these guys and are not satisfied than demand a FULL refund, I did and got my money back. It is shamefull that a local company abuses us, those who try and patronize our local ecomony. read more

Hey, I also bought tires from Direct Tire and the tires turned out to be duds. I paid over 340 dollars for tires that made my car shake. I went back to the store and this guy says that my car has faulty brakes. After 2 visits no cure. I was really upset and felt like these guys were ripping me off. I got my dad to go in and he got my money back after a long winded yelling match with the manager. Bottom line...these guys are jerks and con artists, don't buy from them. I got a print out from Canadian Tire showing that the Direct Tires were not balanced properly and developed " flat spots" be carefull ladies, these jerks are out to get ya. read more
