I called in Three, while shopping in Huddersfield mainly to check out the new Iphone 6s + and to…read moremainly check out Three's deals on it, with me now able to count the days until my current contract expires. This store is a reasonable size, and although a little small, it is near enough traditional for Three, with typical decor. They seem to have a decent amount of staff, however they seemed to be a little pushy and more of a salesman, rather than helping, and he still continued despite me mentioning I am under contract until the end of the year with Tesco Mobile. He didn't seem to be too helpful, and despite me mentioning I wanted around 2GB of data and the 6s +, it seemed he wanted to try and sell me the lower end packages, and especially when I said, I wouldn't be renewing today, it was like he wanted to get rid of me, near enough shrugging off my questions for the 6s +, rather than the 6s he was quoting me, I felt he was trying to get a deal done today with it being the only one in stock, and when he given up on that, he didn't seem wanting to help me at all. They didn't have any phones on demo, or even available to buy, had I wanted which was also disappointing, and when I do consider the factors of the poor service on all accounts (he constantly consulted the computer and didn't know the pricing of probably one of the most popular / new phones right now), I feel this store doesn't deserve much more than a single one star.

The store look similar to other mobile phone stores - it has phones available on different contracts and just a few basic accessories. A think I like is when you are trying out a phone, the staff doesn't interrupt you like the do in 02 and T-Mobile (just touched the G1, and and a assistant approached me immediately). What is disappointing is that sometimes there are no phones that you can play with, and there always could be a bit more smart phones.

The T-mobile store is located in the Kingsgate shoping centre and is the only T-mobile spot in the…read moretown centre. The store itself is very nice - bright and well thought through. The choice of phones is comparable to the choice the competition has - not very many. I am a bit disappointed, that there aren't many smart phones in store. The staff is OK, but one of the ladies (I will not metion her name) has no idea what she is talking about, and gave me misleading information. That was a serious turn off for me.
