Spoke with 15-20 claim representatives over several months, each saying the previous one was incorrect. Reached out to Rob to get to the bottom of the issue. He claimed he would go to bat for me and call me back once he had an answer. A week later I call back, and he was too busy to speak. Another lady informed me that he had reached out to State Farm and couldn't help. So Rob either avoided calling back, or never tried helping in the first place. We have since dropped everything with State Farm and went to a new insurance company over this. A discrepancy that was less than our monthly payment to State Farm...
