    Do not, under ANY circumstances use this office…read more Long version: This office insured my uncle's car for him, and he allowed me to use it out of state for school. I used it for roughly a year, and as of this review, am returning it to him next week. I had a fender bender in a rental car, and the rental company contacted State Farm for a claim. During this process, the local office dropped my uncle's policy completely, claiming that they needed to speak to me and were never able to contact me. They had my contact information through my uncle (supposedly), and insisted that I never answered the phone and was generally unhelpful. To be fair, I wasn't told this myself. This is what my uncle repeated. I don't believe he would lie. Long story short, they cancelled his insurance out from under him because I wasn't easy to contact. The problem? I went through THREE MONTHS of phone records, and the only time I ever spoke to a state farm agent or employee was when I called them. They made NO efforts to contact me over the supposedly important information, and dropped his insurance because of it. NEVER use State Farm, and if you must, NEVER use this agency. I've been given the run-around over this accident for over a month, and my uncle got screwed out of his insurance because of something I didn't do. Full disclosure: I had an accident in the loaner car earlier in the summer, which may have complicated things. It was a non-fault accident and was covered by my uncle's State Farm liability insurance. Despite this being non-fault, there may have been complications leading into the fender bender. I don't know, and I hope I'm not treating this office unfairly because of information that I don't have. Either way, I don't take kindly to being blamed for something that is untrue and my uncle paying the price for it. I will never use State Farm again, and I am offended that this office blamed me for not picking up the phone. It's simply not true.
