When call to enquire about the insurance policy that Direct General offers, i was greeted one of the most pleasant voice i had ever heard and then I was transferred to the agent that would further assist me in obtaining the best possible policy that I could afford, the name of that person is none other than Mr Richard Goehring . Mr Goehring was very patient knowledgeable about his Job and the things that was explained to me.
