Sure that new policy was a little cheaper, but I got NO personal service and when I had to make a claim, what a headache and nobody to help with the issues that came up. After listening to him go on, because he dominated the conversation so that I couldn't get a word in edgewise, I was finally able to find a space to interject and tell him that my HUSBAND DIED 7 years ago.
