I called to ask about it and was told they were going to research it and see why. Fast forward a week later and still no call. I call back and they say "I'll have to call underwriting because they control increases, not us." I asked when to expect a call back and was told either later this afternoon or tomorrow morning. I then get a call directly from Dennia herself letting me know that "33% is the lowest I have seen." When I told her it was unprofessional for them not to follow up with me and that Allstate had quoted me significantly lower her response was "you should go with them. What date should I set for your policy to cancel?" I ended up calling Allstate and got my policy going. It's significantly more coverage for more than $100 less per month. This office used to be very nice and professional but lately they have worried too much about paying for the new building and service has reduced drastically. I will never do business with this agency again. Dennia was highly unprofessional with her attitude and comments. I probably would have just complained and been on my way about an agents bad day, but this is the agency owner. Completely unacceptable.
